4.8All lubricating oil passages should be unobstructed, and the seals should not leak oil.
4.9All exposed non-processed surfaces of the machine should be painted and comply with the provisions of JB2299. The paint should be even, without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, flow marks, cracks, etc.
The service life of the impeller body of the flotation machine should not be less than 36,000 hours (except for the impeller and stator). The service life of the impeller and stator should not be less than 13,000 hours, and the service life of the whole machine should not be less than 10 years. 4.11 The scope of supply of complete set of flotation machine includes: complete set of mechanical parts (excluding vertical long-axis pump for returning middling ore); a.
electric motor;
magnetic starter and control button, feed trough, tailings concentrate, intermediate trough, etc. are supplied according to the order contract. 5 Test method
5.1 The air intake specified in Article 3.2 shall be measured by the drainage air collection method under the condition that the liquid reaches the overflow weir level [see Appendix A (reference part.
5.2 The requirements of Article 4.2 shall be checked by checking the quality certification documents of the rubber lining parts. 5.3 The static balance requirements of Article 4.3 shall be checked on a universal static balance test bench. 5.4 The requirements of Articles 4.4 and 4.6 shall be checked with a universal measuring tool with a scale value of 1.0mm. 5.5 The requirements of Article 4.5 shall be checked by the oil penetration method before painting. 5.6 The requirements of Article 4.9 shall be visually inspected. 5.7 The requirements of Article 4.7 shall be checked by an empty running test. 2
6 Inspection rules
JB/T 5502--91
6.1 The flotation machine must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 6.2 The flotation machine should be inspected and tested regularly. 6.2.1 The factory inspection should comply with the requirements of Articles 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, and 4.9 of this standard. Among them, Article 4.6 requires that at least one machine in each batch be tested for the trough body docking. Article 4.7 requires that when a single piece is produced in small batches, the impellers should be tested for no less than 1 hour of idling one by one; in batch production Random inspections shall be conducted from time to time, with 50% of every 20 tanks inspected. During random inspections, if any unqualified ones are found, they shall be tested one by one. 6.2.2 The manufacturer shall select one flotation machine that has left the factory and conduct regular tests on the site of use every three years. In addition to complying with the provisions of Article 6.2.1, it shall also comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Appendix A
Determination of air intake (water discharge and air collection method)
(reference)
A1·Divide the liquid surface of the flotation tank into 24 measuring points, and the distribution of the measuring points is shown in Figure A1. Figure A1 Distribution of measuring points
A2 Fill the measuring cylinder with clean water and place it vertically upside down on the measuring point of the flotation tank liquid surface, as shown in Figure A2. Use the water discharge and air collection method to determine the time required to discharge a certain amount of clean water from the measuring cylinder. Each measuring point should be tested three times. Figure A2 Schematic diagram of air intake measurement 1-metering chart; 2-flotation liquid level The obtained data is converted into air intake value according to formula (A1), A3
·(A1)
Where: Q-measurement point air intake, m*/(m2.min); V-the volume of clean water discharged from the measuring cylinder, cm; F——the cross-sectional area of the measuring cylinder, cm;
JB/T5502-91
t-—the time required to discharge clean water Vcm from the measuring cylinder, s. A4
Calculate the average value of 24 measuring points and multiply it by the area of the flotation cell S (m*). The value is the air suction volume of the single cell of the flotation machine. Additional remarks:
