This standard is a revised version of JB2197-77 "Classification, naming and model compilation method of electrical insulation materials products". The basic original period of the standard on the classification, naming and model compilation of electrical insulation materials products is retained in terms of technical content. For the six major categories of insulation materials defined in the original standard, the types of products that have recently appeared on the market and can be classified into the six major categories are added, and two major categories of electrical insulation materials such as fiber products and insulating liquids are added. Taking into account the need to adopt international standards, adapt to national standard trade, technology and economic exchanges, for products that meet the definition of international standards or foreign advanced standards, or are produced using international standards or foreign advanced standards, it is allowed to use the corresponding international standards or foreign advanced standards to compile product models, and the product model compiled according to international standards or foreign advanced standards shall be written on the front of the product model in my country, and enclosed in brackets.
This standard shall be implemented from July 1, 1997. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace 82197-7. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. Drafting unit of this standard: Electric Power Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafter of this standard is Rao Baolin.
This standard was issued for the first time in 1977 and revised for the first time in November 1996. I
1 Scope
JB/T2197
JB219777
This standard specifies the classification, naming and model compilation method of electrical insulation materials. 2 Classification method
Electrical insulation materials are classified according to major categories, minor categories, mixing index and variety differences. 2.1 Classification
Electrical insulation materials are divided into eight categories according to their morphological structure, composition or production process characteristics. The major category code should comply with the provisions of Table 1 and be represented by a single Arabic numeral. The major category code is the first digit of the model in the product model. Table 1 Major categories of electrical insulation materials Major categories 2.2 Subcategories Paints, polymerizable resins and adhesives Resin-impregnated fiber products Laminated products, wound products, vacuum pressure-impregnated products and lead products Molded plastics Films, adhesive tapes and soft composite materials Fiber products Insulating materials Various electrical insulation materials products are divided into subcategories by application range, application process characteristics or composition. Subcategories should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Use an Arabic numeral to represent, and the subcategory code is the second digit of the model in the product model. The blank numbers in Table 2 are reserved for new materials to be used after the order is issued.
