Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Double plus chains Subject content and scope of application JB/T7364-94 This standard specifies the structural type, basic parameters and dimensions, marking, logo, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of double plus chains. This standard is applicable to various types of stationary conveyors. 2 Reference standards GB1243.1 Short pitch precision roller chains for transmission GB1244 Short pitch precision roller chains and sleeve chains for transmission Sprocket tooth shape and tolerance GB5269 Double pitch precision roller chains and sprockets for transmission and transportation GB 9785 Terms of chains and sprockets 3 Structural typebzxZ.net 3.1 Whole chain The structural type of the chain is shown in Figure 1. 3.2 Rollers and rollers Inner chain plate Sleeve outer chain plate The rolling part in the middle of the chain plate consists of rollers and rollers, and its structural type has two types as shown in Figures 2a and 2b. The roller contacts the tooling plate, and the roller contacts the sprocket tooth corridor and the track. Their dimensional parameter codes are shown in Figures 1 and 3. Model representation method: Standard number One whole chain section One chain number Marking example: A triple-speed conveyor chain with a pitch of 38.1mm and a whole chain of 84 sections is marked as BS30-C212AX84JB/T7364--94 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 The outer link plate of the chain and the outer side of the connecting chain plate should have the chain number, manufacturer's trademark or factory 6.2 After the chain is cleaned and treated with rust prevention, it is packaged with moisture-proof and waterproof packaging materials. The specifications of the chains in the same packaging unit must be the same, and a product certificate must be attached. The product will not rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory under normal transportation and storage conditions. 6.3 The outer wall of each packaging unit should be marked with: a. Product name and chain number; Manufacturer number; Quantity; Net weight and gross weight; Packaging, storage and transportation graphic marks: Manufacturer name; Manufacturer date.
