This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of isopropylphenyl phosphate. This standard applies to isopropylphenyl phosphate synthesized from phenol, propylene and trichloroethylene. It also applies to isopropylphenyl phosphate synthesized from isopropylphenol and trichloroethylene.
Isopropylphenyl phosphate is mainly used as a flame retardant plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride resin and various plastics, synthetic rubber and polymer materials.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Flame retardant plasticizer isobutyl phenyl phosphate should be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all the products of the manufacturer meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of the manufacturer's products should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.2 Users have the right to inspect and accept the products received according to the technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.3 A batch is a uniform product packed once. 5.4 Determine the sampling number according to (/T6680. Use the random sampling method, use a dry and clean sampling tube to uniformly sample the upper, middle and lower parts, and the total sampling volume shall not be less than 1000g. After mixing, divide it into two bottles, seal the bottle mouth and indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, one bottle is sent to the quality supervision department for inspection, and the other bottle is kept for re-inspection. 5.5 If a certain indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard after inspection, sampling should be taken from twice the amount of packaging containers for re-inspection. If the re-inspection result still fails to meet the requirements of this standard, sampling should be carried out from twice the amount of packaging containers for re-inspection. 2425--93

6 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage
6.1 Propylphenyl phosphate is packaged in galvanized iron barrels, and the outside of the packaging barrels is painted with firm and clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, label number, trademark, grade, net weight, production date, and the words "Handle with care" and "Do not turn upside down". 6.2 The product is packed in a sealed and clean package, Each barrel must be accompanied by a product certificate, which includes the manufacturer's name, product name, standard number, grade, batch number, net weight, production date, inspection date and inspector, etc. 6.3 The product should be handled with care during transportation to avoid breakage and leakage. 6.4 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. 6.5 Under the storage and transportation conditions of this standard, the storage period is 1 year from the date of production.
