6.1 Appearance and dimensional inspection
6.1.1 Visual inspection of product appearance and fuse appearance. 6.1.2 Length inspection: Use a ruler or caliper to measure the distance between the two ends of the sample from two mutually perpendicular directions, and take the average value as the inspection result. The reading is accurate to 0. 5 mm.
6.1.3 Inspection of the outer diameter: Use a caliper to measure the outer diameter of the cylinder from the upper, middle and bottom of the sample, and take the average value as the inspection result. The reading is accurate to 0.5 mm.
6.2 Firmness and Stability Test
6.2.1 Fire Wire Firmness Test: Lift the main body of the sample, lift the specified weight on the drooping fuse (see 5.2.4), and observe After 1 minute, the lead falls off.
6.2.2 Base installation firmness test: Pick up the base so that the main body is downward, hang a 30g weight on the drooping main body, and observe whether the base and the main body are separated after 1 minute+.

6.2.3 Bottom plug drop test: Place the main body (product with base installed Hold it horizontally (without removing the base) and drop it freely from a height of 400mm onto a hardwood board with a thickness of more than 30mm. Repeat three times for each sample to observe whether the bottom plug cracks and falls off. 6.2.4 Suspension wire firmness test: see 5.10.12. 6.2.5 Base installation stability test: Place the sample upright on a slope made of hardwood board at an angle of 12° to the water surface. The sample should not tip over; After rotating 90°, repeat the above test without tipping. 6.3 Inspection of drugs and dosage
6.3.1 The inspection of prohibited and prohibited drugs shall adopt chemical analysis methods. 6.3.2 Drug content inspection: Solve the samples one by one and remove fuses and debris. If a single sample contains more than one drug, use a balance with a sensitivity of 0.1g. If a single sample contains 1.0g or less, use a balance with a sensitivity of 0.001g. 6.4 Ignition performance test
6.4.1 Inspection of ignition time: Select two stopwatches with an accuracy of not less than 0.1s to record the time interval from igniting the fuse to the ignition main body. If the difference between the readings of the two stopwatches is not greater than 0.5s, the test result is valid, and the average value is the ignition time of the fuse (the calculation is accurate to 0.1s); if the difference between the readings of the two stopwatches is greater than 0.5s, the test result is invalid. 6.4.2 Determination of launch height: You can use benchmarks, altimeters, theodolite and other instruments and equipment to measure height. When the launch height is below 10 m, the height measurement deviation is ±1 m. When the launch height is 1050m, the height measurement deviation is ±2 m. 6.4.3 Determination of launch deflection angle: Hang a wire circle with a changeable diameter horizontally at a height of 2m from the sample flame outlet. The reading center and launch point are on the same vertical line. Adjust the diameter of the circle and the launch point. Set the allowable deflection angle and observe whether the sample passes through the wire pattern. 6.4.4 Determination of sound level: Place the firecracker samples (large and medium-sized cannons placed vertically, small cannons placed flat) on an open and windless flat ground. The sound level meter is installed at a horizontal distance of 2m from the sample and a height of 1.5m from the ground. , measure the maximum decibel value. 6.4.5 Firing test: burn the unit samples one by one according to the quantity, and count the number of fired and unfired. 6.4.6 Explosion test: After setting off a specified number of firecracker samples per unit, count the number of non-explosions. Samples that exhibit any of the following phenomena during discharge are counted as non-explosion: impact, punch, bottom punch, perforation, flameout and empty cylinder. 6.4.7 Decay bead ignition test: After the specified number of unit bead samples are burned, count the number of bright beads on fire. 7 Acceptance rules
shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB10632.
