5.1.1 The elastic element is a sealed cake made of corrugated diaphragm and support ring It is a shaped component filled with carbon dioxide gas under a certain pressure. 5.1.2 The elastic element should have good sealing properties. It should not leak when filled with 0.15~0.2MPa gas, and should not deform or leak after withstanding 10,000 fatigue tests.
5.2 Insulating oil
5.2.1 After the pressure box has been cleaned, filled with oil and stored for 72 hours, take out the oil sample for power frequency breakdown voltage and tg tests. It should meet the following requirements: Working at room temperature The frequency voltage breakdown strength should be greater than 50kV/2.5mm; when the oil temperature is 100±1℃ and the electric field gradient is 1kV/mm, the tgo of the oil should be less than 0.003. 5.3 Insulated connecting pipe
Insulated connecting pipe should withstand the requirements of GB9326.2 Voltage test specified in Table 15 in Sections 7.2.6 and 7.4.7 without breakdown or flashover. 5.4 Pressure gauge
5.4.1 The pressure indication error of the pressure gauge at any point above 10% and below 90% of the maximum gauge value scale shall not be greater than 1% of the maximum scale. In the remaining scale range, the pressure indication error shall be Not greater than 1.5% of the maximum scale. 5.4.2 The deviation of the trigger pressure of the alarm pressure gauge relative to the standard set value shall not be greater than ±2% of the full scale value. 5.5 Box shell
The box shell is welded by steel plates. The welds should be airtight and oxidized color is allowed. 5.6 Pressure box
5.6.1 The assembled pressure box, together with valves, gauges, etc., should be airtight. There should be no leakage after 8 hours when 1.1 times the design maximum pressure is added at ambient temperature.
5.6.2 The oil supply volume of the pressure tank should not be less than 90% of the nominal oil supply volume represented by the pressure tank oil supply characteristic curve. 6 Test items and methods
6.1 Test items and methods are specified in Table 2. 6.2 Elastic element fatigue test
The elastic element is installed in a special fixture. Each elastic element is filled with (0.03 + 0.01) MPa pressure and carbon dioxide or compressed air at the same time, put it into the test device, and adjust the electrical joint pressure gauge. The test pressure automatically changes from the gauge pressure of 0.05 to 0.3MPa, the frequency is not less than 1 time/min, and the test is performed 10,000 times. The elastic element should not deform or leak. Table 2

GB9326.5-88
The pressure tank is filled with oil so that its pressure reaches the upper limit of the working oil pressure range. Measure the amount of oil released each time the pressure drops by 0.25×10\Pa gauge pressure, and proceed in this manner until it reaches the lower limit of the working oil pressure range of the pressure tank. The total amount of oil released one after another is the oil supply amount of the pressure tank. At the same time, use the pressure as the ordinate and the discharged oil amount as the abscissa to draw the oil supply characteristic curve of the pressure tank. 7 Acceptance Specifications
7.1 Each product must be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. It must be qualified before leaving the factory, and shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 7.2 The manufacturer shall inspect and accept purchased parts such as pressure gauges in accordance with Article 5.4, and provide test certificates to users. 7.3 Products shall be inspected and accepted according to the test items specified in Table 2. 7.4 The fatigue test of elastic components should be carried out randomly according to the number of punched batches, and the sampling of each batch should not be less than 5. If the test fails: the reasons for failure should be analyzed; if it is a material problem, this batch of elastic components cannot be used; if it is a welding problem, the process should be improved and can only be used after passing the retest.
7.5 For the pressure tank oil supply characteristics test, 10% of the contract supply quantity shall be sampled for testing, but the number of samples shall not be less than 2 in any case. If the test fails, double the sample should be taken and retested. If the retest still fails, the products should be inspected one by one and unqualified products shall not leave the factory. 7.6 The withstand voltage test of insulated connecting pipes should be conducted on a sampling basis of 10% of each batch. If the test fails, double the sample should be taken for retest. If the retest still fails, the products should be inspected one by one. Unqualified products shall not leave the factory. 7.7 Products that do not comply with Article 5.2 should be reprocessed, replaced with new oil, and can only leave the factory after passing the test. 8 Packaging, transportation and marking
8.1 Each product must have a product label fixed at an obvious and appropriate location, and indicate the following: a.
Manufacturer name:
Product name, Model, specification;
b.
c.
Product factory number, date;
d.
Oil supply curve;
e.
Product weight.
8.2 Product packaging should be packed in packaging boxes, and the products should be firmly fixed in the packaging boxes. 8.3 The outside of the packaging box should have the following obvious text marks: manufacturer name;
b.
c
product name, specification, model;
