If the test fails: the reasons for failure should be analyzed; if it is a material problem, this batch of elastic components cannot be used; if it is a welding problem, the process should be improved and can only be used after passing the retest. 7.5 For the pressure tank oil supply characteristics test, 10% of the contract supply quantity shall be sampled for testing, but the number of samples shall not be less than 2 in any case. If the test fails, double the sample should be taken and retested. If the retest still fails, the products should be inspected one by one and unqualified products shall not leave the factory. 7.6 The withstand voltage test of insulated connecting pipes should be conducted on a sampling basis of 10% of each batch.
