This part applies to protective packaging and related fields of protective packaging. 2 General GB/T4122.3—2010 Protective packagingprotectivepackaging It can protect the contents from deterioration, damage or loss from the time the package is closed to the time the final user opens the package. It is a packaging method that can provide different levels of protection according to the degree of harm to the product caused by the surrounding environment and the length of time required for protection. Protective packaging techniques and methodsprotectivepackaginglechniquesandmethodsPackaging techniques and methods that protect the contents from deterioration, damage or loss. Protective packaging materialsprotectivepackagingmaterialsMaterials used for packaging with one or more protective properties. protectivepackaging containers A packaging container with one or more protective properties for the contents. Rigid container A packaging container made of relatively non-deformable materials, which requires tools and strong force or high temperature to change its shape. The materials used are mainly metal, ceramic and glass. Flexible container A packaging container whose shape does not change after filling or taking out the contents. 2.7 container;semi-rigid Semi-rigid container A container with the structure of a rigid container, but which can be bent by human power and does not return to its original shape when the force is removed. 2.8 Inner packaging container Inner package container The initial packaging container for the contents. Outer packaging container Exterior container The outermost packaging container for the contents. http: toomntr GB/T4122.3—2010 3Protective packaging technology and methods waterproof packaging Waterproof packaging A packaging method to prevent the quality of the contents from being affected by water entering the packaging. 3.2 moistureproofpackaging Moistureproof packaging A packaging method to prevent the quality of the contents from being affected by moisture entering the packaging. 3.3 Moldproof packaging Moldproof packaging A packaging method to prevent the growth of the contents and other factors that affect the quality of the contents. Antistatic packagingclectrestatiesproufpackagingA packaging method to prevent static induction between the contentsAnti-rust packagingrusiprootpackaging A packaging method to prevent rust in the contents. Cushioning packaging Cushioning packaging A packaging method that uses impact materials or other cushioning components that can absorb impact or vibration energy on the surface of the product to protect the product from physical damage. Anti-magnetic packaging Magnetic field-resistant packagingA packaging method that prevents magnetic fields from interfering with the internal contents. 3.8 Radiation resistant packagingA packaging method that prevents external radiation from passing through the container and damaging the quality of the contents. 3.9 Insect-resistant packaging Insect-resistant packaging A packaging method that protects the contents from insects. 3.10 Preservative packaging Preservative packaging A packaging method that seals the contents. Use appropriate methods to prevent product damage, including the use of appropriate anti-rust materials, coatings, wrapping materials, cushioning materials, inner containers, inner packaging marks, etc. 3.11 Dustproof packagingdustproofpackaging A packaging method that prevents sand and dust from entering the packaging container and affecting the quality of the contents. 3.12 Pilferproof packagingpilferproofpackagingA packaging method that prevents the contents from being stolen and left obvious traces after opening. 3.13 Anti-counterfeiting packaging anti-fakepackaging A packaging technology and packaging method used to prevent the contents from being stolen and counterfeited during transportation, storage, trading or use. http: www explosionproof packagingexplosionproofpackagingA packaging method that prevents explosive contents from exploding. 3.15 Flameproof packaging flameproofpackaging A packaging method that prevents flammable contents from burning. 3.16 Vacuum packaging vacuumpackaging GB/T4122.3—2010 A packaging method that puts the product into an airtight packaging container, removes the air inside the container, and makes the sealed container reach a predetermined vacuum degree. Gas paken A packaging method that puts the product into an airtight container and uses the original air in the container modified atmospheres packaging A packaging method that adjusts the gas composition in the package to prevent the contents from growing mold and affecting the quality of the contents. 3.19 Fresh-keeping packaging Under specified conditions, fruit and vegetable foods are packaged in packaging materials with special properties and (or) containers with special structures, instead of using the main packaging method, or such foods are subjected to necessary chemical and physical treatments to keep their color, aroma and taste for a certain period of time. aspticpackaging aseptic packaging Packaging sterilized foods (beverages, dairy products, etc.) in sterilized containers under a sterile environment to extend the shelf life of the food at room temperature without adding anti-isolating agents. 3.21 heat insulation packaging A packaging method that reduces heat transfer between the packaging and the external environment during storage and transportation. 3.22 deepfrozencquick-frozenypackaging A packaging method that uses cold-resistant and moisture-resistant packaging materials and quick-freezing technology to allow frozen contents to be stored for a long time under refrigeration. 3.23 skinpackaging a packaging method that makes the transparent film of the packaging close to the product, and through vacuuming, makes the film close to the surface of the product like skin to form a protective layer. shrinkpackaging a packaging method that wraps the product or package with shrink film, and then shrinks the film to tightly wrap the product or package. 3.25 stretchwrapping a method of wrapping the product or package by stretching the stretch film at room temperature. It is mostly used for wrapping pallet goods. 3 http: foodmate.net GB/T4122.3—2010 Aseptic packagingasepticisepackaging A packaging method that applies preservatives to the packaging to prevent the product from spoiling. 4Protective packaging material Barrier materialbarriermaterial A material that can prevent water, oil, water vapor or certain gases from penetrating at a certain strength within a certain range of atmospheric temperature and relative humidity. Absorbent materialabsorbentmaterial Material that can absorb liquids such as blotting paper, paper towels, paper napkins, sponges, etc. 4.3 Elastic materialelasticmaterial A cushioning material for packaging that is compressed to 65% of its original thickness and can still recover to more than 90% of its original thickness after 10 times. Reinforcement materialblockingmaterial A fixing material that holds or presses the contents together. Cushion material cushionmaterial Material that absorbs impact or vibration energy Rust preventives Material used to prevent or slow down metal corrosion. Humidity indicator card humidity indicator card Humidity display material composed of smooth absorbent paper soaked in chemical solution, which can change color to indicate relative humidity in the presence of different concentrations of water vapor. Oxygen concentration indicator card Oxygen concentration indicator card A tablet with color change that reflects the oxygen concentration index under certain temperature and humidity conditions. 4. 9 Absorbent material +sorptive material Material that can absorb and retain liquid. Once the inner container is damaged, the leaked liquid can be quickly absorbed and retained in the material. Vapor corrosion inhibitor Substances that are volatile at room temperature and whose volatilized gases can inhibit or slow down atmospheric corrosion of metals. ht Vapor rust-proof filmycifilm; volatilecurrosioninhibitorfilmA single-layer or multi-layer plastic film containing or coated with a vapor corrosion inhibitor. 4. 12 GB/T4122.3-2010 Strippable plasticsStrippable plastics can form a film on the surface of products or packaging, which can be peeled off when necessary and can be hot-dipped or sprayed with this as the main component.
