This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO4566—1985 "Shipbuilding 1 Subject content and scope of application
Small craft-Inboard engine-propellershaft ends and bosses".
This standard specifies the main interchangeability requirements for the conical propeller hub inner hole and propeller shaft end with a shaft diameter ranging from 20 to 160 mm, a taper of 1:10, and the keyway bottom parallel to the straight line of the conical surface. This standard applies to small boats with engines installed inside the boat. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Nominal diameter
Refers to the large end diameter of the cone at the propeller shaft end without tolerance, which is equal to the diameter of the cylindrical shaft. 3.2 Cone
Refers to the cone section at the propeller shaft end that can transmit all the torque of the propeller shaft to the propeller and allows disassembly at the same time. 4 Main interchangeability requirements
4.1 The structural dimensions shall be as shown in the drawings and tables. 4.2 The "reference dimensions" listed in the table are all nominal dimensions. The nominal diameter and thread major diameter without brackets shall be used first. 4.3 Structure
a. The structural form shown in the figure is for design reference only; b. The manufacturing methods of keys, keyways (including fillet radius), thread flattening height and thread ends, etc., allow for the selection of specific designs and processing methods to meet specific requirements. However, it should be able to transmit all torques, meet connection requirements and have interchangeability;
The structural types not marked with letters in the figure are all non-interchangeability requirements, which can be determined by the manufacturer. c.
4.4 Tolerances
4.4.1 The tolerances for the small end diameter A of the shaft end cone are listed in the table. 4.4.2 The tolerances for the large end diameter B of the hub cone are listed in the table. 4.5 The cone angle tolerance range is equivalent to the diameter tolerance range specified for diameters A and B in 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 respectively. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on October 14, 1989 and implemented on May 1, 1990
GB11699-89
4.6 The tolerance of keys and keyways shall comply with the provisions of GB1095, GB1096 and GB1101 for ordinary flat keys and keyways. The tolerance of hub length L shall be ±0.50mm.
4.8 Thread
The effective length of the shaft end thread G shall be equal to the major diameter T of the thread; b.
The thread engagement length of the propeller nut shall not be less than 80% of the effective length G of the shaft end thread; ordinary fine pitch threads shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of GB192, GB193, GB196 and GB2515. Sharp front end face
