Note: During continuous operation, shutdowns caused by irresistible cases are allowed, 6.2.2 Normal production Film presses should undergo type inspection if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, or when a film press that has been out of production for a long time resumes production. During the inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 200 hours, of which 24 hours should be continuous operation at 5% overpressure.
6.2.3. Normally produced film presses should undergo a type inspection periodically or after accumulating a certain quantity. During the inspection, the continuous operation time at full load shall be no less than 24 hours, of which 4 hours shall be continuous operation at 5% overpressure. 6.2.4 Type inspection items are as follows: 6.2.4.1 Check the assembly quality and correctness of interaction of each component. 6.2.4.2 At the beginning and end of the operation of the membrane press, conduct a performance test to measure the membrane pressure. The suction and exhaust temperatures, suction and exhaust pressures, water consumption, volume flow and specific power indicators of the machine at all levels under specified working conditions are measured, and the noise power level and vibration intensity are measured. 6.2.4.3 After operation, it should be disassembled and inspected, and the wear amount of wearing parts and each friction surface should be measured and recorded. The wear should be normal. 6.3 Factory inspection
Each membrane press should undergo factory inspection. The test should be carried out after the membrane press has stabilized and operated continuously at full load for more than 2 hours. During the inspection process, in addition to checking the correctness of the interaction between the assembly plate and parts and components, the simplified performance test method should be used to measure the volumetric flow rate and discharge at all levels. Air pressure and temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, cooling water temperature, etc. 6.4 Sampling inspection
6.4.1 The film presses produced in batches shall be subject to sampling inspection, and the sampling plan shall be based on the one-time sampling plan specified in Table 5. Table 5

When operating continuously for more than 24 hours, in addition to checking the working conditions of all mechanisms during operation, the volumetric flow rate of the membrane press under specified working conditions should also be measured , specific power, noise sound power level, suction and exhaust temperatures at all levels, suction and exhaust pressure, oil temperature, cooling water temperature and water consumption. In addition, another unit should be disassembled and checked for cleanliness.
6.4.3 When the batch inspected is unqualified, the manufacturer shall inspect the batch of products one by one and remove or repair the found substandard products. 7 Marking, packaging and storage
