6 Test method

The test principle diagram is shown in Figure 3. The power supply frequency is the rated frequency, and the capacity is an adjustable power supply of more than 150VA. The starter is fixed on a vibration-free test bench. The current passing through the indicator light L is not more than 0.2A. The voltage across the indicator light L is 36V. Connect the adjustable power supply to the 1 and 3 terminals, and the current value of the starter coil gradually increases from zero. When the indicator light is on, the value displayed by the ammeter A is the pull-in current value of the sample being tested. Then gradually reduce the current. When the indicator light just goes out, the value displayed by ammeter A is the release current value of the test item.

The test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB2423.10. Fix the starter on the vibration test bench with an amplitude of 1.5mm and a frequency of 25-30Hz. After vibrating in three mutually perpendicular directions for 1h, it shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6. 6.8 Drop test
Put the starter alone in a 4mm thick corrugated paper box and let it fall freely from a height of 600mm on the cement floor in three mutually perpendicular directions once each. After falling, it shall meet the requirements of Article 5.7. 6.9 High temperature test
The test method is carried out in accordance with GB2423.2. The sample is placed in a constant temperature box and heated to 80℃, then heated to 120℃ at a rate of 2℃/min, kept warm for 4h, and the sample is taken out and placed in an environment of 20±5℃ for 2h. The coil current is adjusted to the maximum pull-in current value, 8A current passes between the contacts, and the power factor is 0.5. After 300,000 cycles of on-off test, it shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.9. However, it should also be removed for inspection at 10,000, 50,000, 100,000 and 200,000 cycles respectively, and the results should comply with the provisions of Article 5.9. Products can only be shipped after passing the factory inspection.
