6.1 Marking

6.2.2 For pipes with a diameter (or external diameter) not exceeding 5mm and a diameter (or external diameter) not exceeding 50mm and a diameter not exceeding 7mm, they shall not be packed and shipped after being sorted. 5.5.4 Determination of the results of low-power group inspection: 5.5.4.1 If there are cracks or non-metallic impurities in the low-power group inspection, the batch shall be scrapped, and the supplier shall be allowed to avoid inspection. The qualified ones shall be delivered. 5.5.4.2 If there is non-compliance due to lamination, the non-compliant product shall be printed with a certain length and then repeated inspection until it is qualified. Other products that have been tested and qualified shall be delivered after cutting. 5.5.4.3 When the whole sample is unqualified, it is allowed to cut from the front end of the product: the specified length is required, and the product shall be delivered after the maximum head length is determined. 5.5.5 When the microstructure is unqualified, the product (heat treatment furnace) is judged to be unqualified. 5.5.6 When other defects occur, the supply and demand parties of this batch of products shall negotiate and deal with it. 6. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
6.1.1 The packaging box marking of the material shall comply with the requirements of GB/T3199. 6.1.2 Each tube should have the following markings (the foot end of the extruded tube of the material that needs to be delivered should also be marked with a \W\ mark): >> Stamped by the technical supervision department: b) Metal (or alloy) brand; d) Batch number (or smelting furnace number).
6.1. If the pipes are not marked by any method, each batch (box) of pipes shall be marked with at least two small labels or tags, and the above marks shall be used.
E.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.2.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of pipes shall comply with the provisions of B/T3195 (GB/T4437.2-2003).
6.2.2 For pipes with a diameter (or external diameter) not exceeding 5mm and a diameter (or external diameter) not exceeding 50mm and a diameter not exceeding 7mm, they shall not be packed and shipped after being sorted. Other packaging methods may be used with the cooperation of both parties. 6.3 Quality Certificate
