6 Judgment rules
6.1 Appearance quality
Calculate the non-conforming product rate according to the variety, color, specification and size. If the non-conforming product rate is within 5.0% or less, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified. If the non-conforming product rate is above 5.0%, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. Errors in the inner packaging mark shall be calculated by piece; no outer packaging errors are allowed. 6.2 Intrinsic quality
6.2.1 The average value of all the samples for the dimensional change after washing is taken as the test result, and the average is qualified. If there are both shrinkage and reverse expansion test results, the arithmetic average value of the two shrinkage (or reverse expansion) samples is taken as the test result. If qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified, and if unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
FZ/T73008-2002
6.2.2 For the test results of the ball bursting strength and the distortion rate after washing, the arithmetic average value of all the tested samples is taken. If qualified, the batch is judged to be qualified. If unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
