1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the system combination, selection and technical requirements of stirring drive (imported). This standard is applicable to stirring drive devices of stirring vessels (such as reaction kettles) with a design pressure of PN-0.11.6MPa (-1~16bar) and a design temperature of -20~+300℃, which are used to achieve stirring functions. Note: This standard does not include stirring paddles in kettles, stirring shafts in kettles and their supporting structures in kettles (such as intermediate bearings and bottom bearings in kettles, etc.). 2

4 Selection
4.0.1 The flange is generally welded to the head of the mixing container and is used to connect the mixing transmission device. It can also be used as a hole for installation, maintenance and inspection.
The nominal diameter of the flange is DN200~900mm. The type is shown in Table 4.0.1 (according to HG21564). Flange flange type (HG21564)

4.0.2 The installation bottom cover is connected to the flange flange with tight fittings such as studs, which is the main connection between the entire mixing transmission device and the container.
The type of the installation bottom cover is based on the structure (integral or lining), the sealing surface type (raised surface or convex surface) and the installation type of the drive shaft (top or bottom), according to Table 4.0.2 Select (HG21565). The nominal true diameter of the mounting bottom cover is the same as that of the flange. When selecting the type, attention should be paid to the matching of the sealing surface with the flange (raised surface with raised surface, convex surface with concave surface).
After the type is determined, the structural dimensions of the mounting bottom cover are determined by the nominal diameter of the mounting bottom cover, the nominal diameter of the frame and the shaft diameter (d) of the transmission shaft.

4.0.3 The lower end of the frame is connected to the installation bottom cover with studs. The nominal diameter of the frame is equal to or less than the nominal diameter of the installation bottom cover. It is selected according to Table 4.0.3-1 (as shown in Figures 4.0.3-1 and 4.0.3-2). 11
