This standard replaces H/T2438-1981 (modified method for determining the crushing strength of nuclear rubber). Due to the development of international standards, the original standard is technically outdated. The main changes of this standard compared with the previous standard are as follows: This standard adds "normative reference documents" (original 3); This standard defines the calculation formula as P=_1F5·wherein it is the maximum value of the test piece (N1, the original calculation formula is, 1.27×F (kg/cm2)1=0.01275×F (MN/m), where F is the test piece The maximum positive force is recorded when the sample is crushed, the total k/m or MN/m (1u81 shares V; 8 of this edition). The reason for this standard is that the State Administration of Chemical Industry proposed this standard, and the compilation of this standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for General Physical Test Methods for Rubber Standardization, and the drafting unit of this standard is: Shenlu Fourth Chamber. The main drafters of this standard are: Tuo Rui, Zhang Chu, and the previous versions of this standard are: GH/T24381951.
This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for General Physical Test Methods for Rubber Standardization for interpretation. 1 Specification
Determination of crushing strength of hard rubber
This standard defines the method for determining the crushing strength of hard rubber. The standard is applicable to hard rubbers with resistance to media, other materials, heat, and time impact. 2 Normative references
GB/1 2438-2002
The following documents are used as references in this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding read-only content) or sub-editions are not applicable to this standard. However, the latest versions of these documents are applicable to all parties that reach a consensus on this standard: For undated references, the latest versions are applicable to this standard: CE/T2541 Standard temperature, mixing degree and time for environmental conditioning test of shock specimens (TS171) 3 Terms and definitions
The following terms are used in automotive standards
ebonite
Hard rubber
A kind of material made by adding sulfur and other compounding agents to rubber through fluidization. It has only a relatively high degree of flexibility due to the effect of fluidization.
Crushing strength slrenglh
The maximum stress that the specimen can withstand before cracking or failure when the specimen is subjected to stress at all locations. 4 Test Instruments
4.1 Tensile Testing Machine
The force measurement accuracy of the tension testing machine should reach Class B: The tool moving speed should be uniform and the force applied should reach the maximum value within 3015s: 4. Press Plate
Two press plates are installed in parallel on the test machine, and the compression force is applied in the axial direction of the specimen: 4.3 Measuring Tools
The measuring tool division should be at least 0,mm
4. 4 Timer
The timing division should be at least 1F.
5 Samples
5.1 Format and shape
The test specimens are 10.mm-1.1 mm in diameter and 10mm-7.1 mm in height. 5.2 Quantity
This specimen is at least three.
5.3 AppearancebZxz.net
The surface of the specimen must be flat and smooth. If necessary, it can be processed by the field process. GB/T2438-2Q02
6 Environmental conditioning of the specimen and test lubricity
The environmental conditioning of the test stand should comply with the provisions of 5/2911. 7 Test steps
71 Measure the commercial diameter of the specimen with an accuracy of 0.02 mm. Check whether there are any defects on the surface of the specimen. Adjust the upper and lower plates of the pull test machine to make the dial pointer return to zero. 7.3 Each specimen is pressed down at the center.
7.1 Start the tension test machine. Do not press the pressure too quickly. Apply pressure to the axial direction of the sample. When the sample is compressed, the sample will bulge or be damaged. Stop the machine immediately and record the time. 7.5 Return the sample to the pressure pole for inspection and record the maximum value. 8 The results are shown in Table 1. The crushing strength of rubber is calculated according to the formula (1> 4F-crushing strength, in N: the maximum compressive force of the product when the sample is broken, in N): 1.11 The diameter of the sample, in mm (mm) The median value of the test result of the test is the selected crushing strength of the test. 9 Test report The test report shall include the following items: 1) The number or name of this standard; 2) The name or code of the product, test environment; 3) Test results and the breaking time of the sample: Test period: 4) Successor: 5) Winner.
