4.1 The performance test on the test day is to measure the performance indicators of the drilling rig to assess whether it meets the design requirements. 4.2 Test items and methods
4.2.1 No-load operation test
4.2.1.1 The turntable and gearbox should be operated from low gear to high gear for 10 minutes each. 4.2.1.2 Various winches should be operated for 15 minutes. 4.2.1.3 When carrying out 4.2.1.1 and 4.2.1.2, check the working conditions of the clutch and brake. 4.2.1.4 Count and use a stopwatch to measure the turntable speed or impact times of each gear. 4.2.2 Tests of winch lifting capacity, derrick bearing capacity and braking performance 4.2.2.1 Tests to be conducted before drilling
4.2.2.2 Lift a load equivalent to 1.25 times the lifting force and hold it for 308 meters. Repeat the test three times. Observe that the derrick (gun rod) should not be deformed significantly. The winch and brake should work normally. The results are recorded in Table 1. 4.2.2.3 Braking performance test
Lift a load equivalent to the lifting force to half of the maximum lifting height and brake. Hold it for 30 seconds and then lower it to 2 meters above the ground and brake. Measure the braking distance. Repeat the test three times. Take the maximum value and record the results in Table 1. For rotary drilling rigs, single rope is allowed and the load is reduced proportionally for testing. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 10, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993
4.2.3 Road test of towed drilling rig
JB/T6278—92

5 Production test
5.1 Test purpose
The production test is to assess the actual drilling capacity, performance stability, reliability, economy, convenience and safety of the drilling rig. 5.2 Test requirements
5.2.1 The general requirements of the test shall comply with the provisions of GB5667. 5.2.2 The production test shall be conducted in no less than 2 wells, of which the drilling depth of one well shall reach the design index and the drilling depth of another well shall exceed the design index by 5%.
5.2.3 The production test may be conducted during the reliability test. 5.3 Test content
5.3.1 Production assessment
5.3.1.1 During the whole process of production test, the drilling time, auxiliary time, drilling depth and energy consumption of each well shall be recorded realistically, and the drilling depth, total drilling operation time, average drilling speed, pure drilling speed, drilling time utilization factor and total energy consumption shall be sorted out, and each data shall be recorded in Table 3.5.3.1.2 After the well is completed, a stratigraphic column chart shall be drawn. 5.3.1.3 The drilling depth and opening diameter of the deepest well shall be recorded in Table 1.5.3.1.4
Observe the convenience of use of the drilling rig during operation, the rationality and safety of the operating mechanism layout. Record the fault conditions during the operation of the drilling rig, and record the fault conditions and causes in Table 4. 5.3.1.6 When the drilling rig reaches 50% of the drilling depth, the drilling rig shall work continuously for 1 hour and measure the following items. The results shall be recorded in Table 1. Turntable speed or number of impacts: count and measure with a stopwatch. a.
b. Observe the impact mechanism of the impact drill. The impact beam shall not be twisted or axially vibrated during impact, and the buffer mechanism shall not have drumming sound. Drilling rig noise: Use a precision sound level meter to detect. The difference between the noise and the background noise should be greater than 10dB(A). If it is less than 10dB(A), it should be corrected according to the provisions of c.
GB3767. The noise measurement point is 2m away from the outside of the drilling rig (excluding the tower and the string), 4 points in front, back, left and right, and 1.2m away from the ground. The probe is pointed to the noise source, and the maximum value is taken at these 4 points. d. The bearing temperature rise is measured with a point thermometer immediately after shutdown, and the maximum value is taken. 5.3.2 Production verification
5.3.2.1· During the production test, each drilling rig selects a well to be drilled to a depth of 20m and starts production verification for three consecutive shifts. 5.3.2.2 The items measured in the production verification are all the contents of Article 5.3.1.1 of this standard, and the results are recorded in Table 3.5.3.3 Technical Index calculation method
5.3.3.1 The total drilling operation time is calculated according to formula (1): T=Ti+T..
Where: T is the total drilling operation time, h;
T, — drilling time. h;
T is the time for drilling up and down the drill rod for rotary type, and the time for drilling down, lifting the drill and removing slag for impact type, h. 5.3.3.2 The average drilling speed is calculated according to formula (2): V,
Where: V, average drilling speed, m/h;
H drilling depth, m.
5.3.3.3 The pure drilling speed is calculated according to formula (3): Formula Where: V is pure drilling speed, m/h.
JB/T627892wwW.bzxz.Net
5.3.3.4 Drilling time utilization coefficient, calculated according to formula (4): H
5.3.4 Energy consumption measurement
When the drilling rig is powered by a diesel engine, the fuel consumption is measured by the mass method or volume method; when the drilling rig is powered by an electric motor, the power consumption is measured by an electric meter.
6 Reliability test
Record the faults that occur during the operation of the drilling rig, and record the fault conditions and causes in Table 4. The total test time of a drilling rig with a drilling depth greater than 100m should be Not less than 1300 hours. For drilling rigs with a drilling depth of less than or equal to 100m, the total test time should be not less than 1000 hours. 7 Test report
