1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of coated antistatic polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheets (rolls).
This standard is applicable to antistatic sheets and rolls produced by coating antistatic coatings with PET substrates of 1.0 mm or less in thickness). Coated antistatic materials with thicknesses above 1.0 mm and other substrates can be used as a reference.

In arbitration, the provisions of GB/T1110 should be used for testing. 6.5.2 Static voltage decay time According to the provisions of SJ/T10691. 6.5.3 Friction resistance According to 6.8, and then test the surface resistance after rubbing according to the provisions of 6.5.1. The limit requirements for restricted substances shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T26125. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Batch The same batch of substrates and products produced continuously under the same coating process conditions are a batch, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 50t: 2 Factory inspection items The factory inspection items are the surface resistance in 5.15.2, 5.3 and 5.4. 4 Type inspection items BB/T 0082—2019 The type inspection items are all items in Chapter 5. Generally, it shall be conducted at least once a year: Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following circumstances: Appraisal of new products for production; After formal production, if there are significant changes in structure, process, or materials; In normal production, an inspection shall be conducted periodically or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated to assess the stability of product quality; When the product is discontinued for half a year or more and production is resumed; When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; When the national quality supervision agency or user makes a request, sampling and judgment rules The normal inspection secondary sampling plan for dimensional deviation and appearance quality is carried out in accordance with GB/T2828.1, the inspection level is II, and the acceptance quality limit (AQI) is 6.5. The judgment of qualified batches is carried out according to Table 5. 7.5.2 Physical properties, anti-static properties and restricted substance limits shall all comply with the requirements of this standard; if there are unqualified items, double samples shall be drawn from the original batch of products and the unqualified items shall be retested. If the retest is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 7.5.3 When the products are qualified according to 7.5. and 7.5.2, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified products. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking The marking shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191. The product shall include a product certificate when leaving the factory: the product certificate shall include the product name, product number, product specifications, quantity, production date, batch number, manufacturer name, etc. 8.2 Packaging The product shall be treated with moisture-proof and dust-proof treatment, and the packaging format shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 8.3 Transportation The product should be loaded and unloaded lightly during transportation to prevent heavy pressure, lateral pressure, rolling, falling and collision with hard objects, and to prevent exposure to the sun and rain. Avoid transportation under high humidity. 8.4 Purchase and storage The product should be stored in a clean and cool warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. It should be kept at room temperature and humidity. It should be no less than 2m away from heat sources and avoid contact with organic solvents. Under normal storage conditions, the storage period is preferably half a year from the date of birth.
