This standard is a revision of JB/T51032-93 "Quality Classification of Light and Small Single-stage Centrifugal Pumps". Compared with JB/T51032-93, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: - The relevant content of "cleanliness" has been deleted; - The content of "safety requirements" has been supplemented
- The classification of unqualified items has been adjusted. This standard replaces JB/T51032-93 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. This standard specifies the quality indicators, test methods and inspection rules of light and small single-stage centrifugal pumps. This standard applies to light and small single-stage centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. 3 Product quality grade
1 General requirements

Pumps should be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.2 Grade categories
According to the technical level and quality level of pump products, they are divided into qualified products, first-class products and superior products. 3.3 Grading indicators
3.3.1 The performance of pump products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.3.1.1 Deviation of pump head and flow rate: qualified products shall comply with the C-level regulations in GB/T3216-1989; first-class and superior products shall comply with the B-level regulations in GB/T3216-1989.
3.3.1.2 The efficiency of the pump at the specified point shall not have a lower deviation. 3.3.1.3 Deviation of the NPSH (NPSH) c at the specified point of the pump: qualified products shall comply with the C-level regulations in GB/3216-1989; first-class products shall comply with the B-level regulations in GB/T3216-1989, and superior products shall not have an upper deviation. 3.3.1.4 Vibration of the pump when working within the allowable working range: qualified products shall comply with the C-level regulations in JB/T8097-1999; first-class and superior products shall comply with the B-level regulations in JB/T8097-1999. 3.3.1.5 Noise of the pump when working within the allowable working range: qualified products shall comply with the requirements of Class C in JBT8098-1999, first-class products and JB/T51032-1999 approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 2000 and implemented on June 1, 2000, superior products shall comply with the requirements of Class B in JB/T8098-1999. under the specified conditions of use, the average working time before the first failure of the pump: qualified products should be no less than 1500h; first-class products should be no less than 2000h, and superior products should be no less than 3000h. 3.3.3 Assembly quality
The assembly should be correct and complete. When the assembled pump is not filled with stuffing, the rotating rotor should be stable and flexible, without sticking, collision and other phenomena. 3.3.4 Appearance quality
Adhesion
The sign should be firmly fixed on the pump, and the content should be correct, complete, and the handwriting should be clear. The pump should have obvious steering signs. The surface quality of the pump should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
Qualified products
The paint coating should be uniform in color, smooth, without exposed bottom, bubbles and obvious wrinkles. The outer surface of the product should not have obvious unevenness

3.3.5 Safety requirements
Superior products
(1) The paint coating should be bright in color, smooth and flat, without exposed bottom, spots, flow marks, bubbles and wrinkles. (2) The surface of the casting should be flat and bright, and the metal coating and oxidation treatment layer should not peel off or rust. (3) Defects such as bumps and dents are not allowed

Safety requirements should comply with the provisions of GB10395.8. 3.3.6 Bearing temperature rise
Bearing temperature rise shall comply with the provisions of 3.5.2 of JB/T6663.2-1993. 3.3.7 Packaging quality
Packaging and its marking shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T6663.2. 3.3.8 Manufacturing quality of main parts
Check three places, at least two places of grade one or above, one place of grade two or above
3.3.8.1 Pump body, pump cover and other pressure-bearing parts shall be subjected to water (air) pressure test, and their quality shall comply with the provisions of 3.12 of JB/T6663.2-1993.
3.3.8.2 Rotating parts such as pump impeller shall be subjected to static balance test, and their allowable unbalanced mass shall comply with the provisions of 3.11 of JB/T6663.2-1993. 2
4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 Test liquids, test environment and site conditions shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.1.2 Test equipment, devices, instruments and meters shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards and have valid verification reports. 4.1.3 During product inspection and testing, the accuracy and reliability of each test data must be guaranteed. If an abnormality is found, the cause should be found out in time and necessary treatment should be taken.
4.1.4 Test equipment, instruments and meters shall meet the measurement requirements and shall be checked and calibrated before the test. 4.2 Pump performance test
4.2.1 The measurement of pump flow, head, efficiency and critical cavitation margin shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3216. 4.2.2 The measurement of pump noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T8098. 4.2.3 The vibration of the pump shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of JB/T8097. 4.3 Bearing temperature rise
The pump shall run continuously for at least 30 minutes at the specified speed and working range operating point, and the bearing temperature rise shall be measured. 4.4 Reliability test
The manufacturer or inspection department shall measure the average working time before the first failure of the pump under the test conditions specified by the test base or the user, and the number of test pumps shall be at least 3, and a reliability test report shall be formed. 4.5 Inspection of safety requirements
It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10395.8.
4.6 Inspection of assembly quality
Turn the rotor parts of the assembled pump (without packing) to observe whether the operation is smooth and flexible, and whether there is any jamming, collision, etc. 4.7 Inspection of appearance quality
4.7.1 Observe whether the label is firm, whether the content is correct and complete, and whether the handwriting is clear. Does the pump have obvious turning signs? 4.7.2 The appearance quality of the pump surface is visually inspected and counted. 4.7.3 The inspection of the adhesion of the paint coating shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673. 4.8 Inspection of packaging quality
The packaging and its markings are self-tested and counted to observe whether the packaging markings are complete and clear, and whether the random documents, accessories and tools are complete and correct.
4.9 Inspection of the manufacturing quality of major components
4.9.1 Water (gas) pressure test: Apply a test pressure of 1.5 times the working pressure to the pressure-bearing parts of the pump for at least 5 minutes, and observe whether there is leakage during the pressure.
4.9.2 The static balance test of rotating parts such as impellers should be carried out on a balancing machine or balancing equipment. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 General requirements
Pumps should be sampled and judged according to the sampling inspection and judgment disposal principles specified in GB/T2828 and the provisions of this standard. 5.2 Inspection items are shown in Table 3.
5.3 Unqualified classification

Any inspected item that does not meet the provisions of this standard is considered unqualified. According to the degree of influence on product quality, it is divided into three categories of A, B, and C. The classification of unqualified items is shown in Table 3. Table 3

Inspection items
5.4.1 The sampling inspection procedure shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the normal inspection one-time sampling plan shall be adopted. The sampling plan is shown in Table 3. In the table, S-1 is the special inspection level, AQL is the qualified quality level, Ac is the qualified judgment number, and Re is the unqualified judgment number. 5.4.2 Random sampling is adopted, and the sampled samples should be products produced by the factory within the past six months. The sampling batch should be no less than 10 units, which is not limited when sampling by the sales department or the user. 5.4.3 The sample can be drawn from the finished product warehouse, or from the sales department or the user, and the sample is sealed and sent to the designated unit for inspection and testing. Qualified product samples can be drawn from the company's finished parts warehouse or production assembly line. After qualified on-site assembly and debugging, the sample is sealed and sent to the designated unit for inspection and testing.
5.4.4 The sample should be a qualified product of the corresponding grade, and the sample size is 2 units. 5.4.5 Sampling can be rejected when the sampling conditions do not meet the requirements. 5.5 Judgment rules
