Put a heavy hammer with a mass of 70k on the surface of the saddle. After 70,000 vibrations, all parts of the saddle (except the pad and lining) shall not fall off or be damaged.
4.2 Fixing performance
At the place with large torque within 25mm from the front or rear of the saddle, apply 1668N and 222N force in the vertical and horizontal directions respectively. After 30s, there is no relative movement between the seat clamp and the saddle tube, the splint and the saddle parts. 4.3 Cold resistance performance
This requirement is only applicable to saddles made of plastic pallets. —33-

After placing the saddle at -20℃ for 30min: use a steel ball with a mass of 8kg to drop from a height of 600mm to impact the surface of the saddle at a distance of two-thirds from the front end. No parts shall be damaged. 4.4 Vertical spring compression performance
After 30s, the permanent deformation of the spring compressed with a force of 300N is not greater than 0.5mm. 4.5 Tensile properties of tension springs
Pull the tension spring to make it one third longer than the original length, and its permanent deformation after five consecutive pulls shall not exceed 1.5mm. 4.6 Appearance quality of electroplated parts
Shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of 0B/T1217 for Class III parts. 4.7 Paint quality

Appearance quality of saddles
The saddles shall be firmly assembled without looseness. The appearance of the drum seat shall not have obvious tilting. The saddle surface shall be free of cracks, obvious scars, wrinkles and color differences. 4.8.4
The rivets on the saddle surface shall be flat and smooth.
Test method
The testing equipment and instruments used in the tests of this chapter shall comply with the provisions of GB12742. 5.1 Fatigue performance test
5.1.1 Fix the saddle horizontally on the eccentric wheel structure fatigue testing machine with a frequency of 2.5Hz and an amplitude of 16mm, and tighten the clamping nut with a tightening torque of 19.6Nm.
5.1.2 Place a heavy hammer with a mass of 70k on the surface of the saddle at two-thirds of the front end of the full length, and conduct fatigue performance test in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1 of this chapter (see Figure 7).
5.1.3 Indenter

5.2 Fixing performance test

5.2.1 Install the saddle horizontally on the tube sample rod L, adjust the position of the seat clamp and the clamp plate to make the teeth mesh, and then tighten the nut with a clamping torque of 19.6Nm (the double-headed screw should be tightened at both ends), and then test according to the requirements of Article 4.2. 5.3.1 Install the saddle horizontally on a special test fixture with a drop ball height of 600mm, and tighten the nut with a torque of 19.6Nm.
5.3.2 Put the fixed saddle into a low-temperature freezer, place it at -20±2℃ for 30min, then take it out, and immediately install it on the test device at room temperature, and carry out the cold resistance impact test according to the requirements of Article 4.3 (see Figure 11). 009
5.4 Compression performance test of vertical spring

Place the two ends and the side of the vertical spring on the special inspection fixture for vertical control (see Figure 12), and use a vernier caliper of 0-150mm to measure the original length of the vertical spring, and then use a 01000N spring tension and compression testing machine to test according to the requirements of Article 4.7 of this standard. Then use the same method to measure its length, and finally determine the permanent deformation. H0.06
5.5 Tension test of tension spring
Hang one end of the tension spring on the tension and compression testing machine, and hang a heavy paving with a mass of 2kg on the other end. On the tension and compression testing machine. Use a 0-150mm vernier caliper to measure the length of the effective coils of the tension spring, and test it with a 0-1000N spring tension and compression testing machine according to Article 4.8 of this standard, and then use the same method to measure its length, and finally determine the permanent deformation (see Figure 13). 2kg

5.7 Paint quality test

7.2 Packaging
7.2.1Products shipped should be accompanied by product certificates. 7.2.2Each product should be packaged in a single small package, with a carton or other box, and then tied firmly with strapping tape. Special cases can be determined according to user requirements. 7.3 Transportation
The packaging box containing the product should be placed flat, and should be handled with care, not pushed or folded. During transportation, it should not be exposed to rain or snow. It is strictly forbidden to mix with corrosive materials such as acids and alkalis for transportation. 7.4 Storage
