5.1Tool and pipe string preparation
Including preparation of oil pipes, packers, chokes, screens, plugs, etc. 5.2Preparation of pipes

6.3 Connect the surface process.

6.3.1 Connect the cement truck water pipeline and insert the pipe mouth into the pool. 6.3.2 Connect the cement truck to the wellhead pipeline.
6.4 Start the pump and pressurize.
6.5 Maintain the pressure for 10 minutes
6.6 Check the pressure drop value.
6.6.1 If the pressure drop value is not greater than 0.5MPa, lift and lower the string, and repeat 6.4 and 6.5 until the result is found. 6.6.2 If the pressure drop value is greater than 0.5MPa, it indicates that the well section is lost. 6.7 Verify the good condition of the packer.
6.8 Stop the pump and pull out all the pipes.
7 Operation quality control and safety requirements
7.1 Quality control
7.1.1 The oil pipes and tools must be clean, without bending, deformation and damage. .12 The threads of the oil pipes and tools should be clean and tightened after applying sealing grease. 7.1.3 The water quality for leak detection should be clean and free of fibrous substances such as weeds. 7.1.4 The leak detection working pressure should be controlled according to the well depth. 7.1.4.1 When the well depth is greater than 1000m, the leak detection working pressure is a, water injection and parallel pressure increase 1215MPa

7.1.4.2 When the well depth is not more than 1000m, the leak detection working pressure is: a. Water injection and wellhead pressure 7~10MPas
b. Oil production and wellhead pressure 4~6MPa.
7.1.5 The surface process pressure test should be pressurized to 1.5 times the leak detection working pressure to be qualified. 7.2 Safety requirements
7.2.1 The operation should be smooth when lowering the pipe string, and uncontrolled lowering is strictly prohibited. 7.2.2 If a hose line is used, it should be able to withstand an internal pressure of not less than 25MPa. 8 Operation quality indicators and inspection
Operation quality indicators: The error of the leak point depth shall not exceed ±0.2m. 8.2 Quality inspection: Comprehensive analysis and inspection shall be carried out using measurement, packer and other methods. 8.3 The construction work summary shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 8.4 The data collection shall comply with the provisions of Appendix C (Supplement).
