4 Technical requirements

4.1 Filling machines shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The temperature of the object to be filled shall be lower than 70℃. Heat sealing temperature/℃

4.3 The shape and size of the plastic cup and lid of the filling container shall comply with the provisions of the filling machine. The cup lid is flat, easy to separate, has good heat sealing performance, and can be heat-sealed within 2 s at 110~~290℃. After heat sealing by the filling machine, it can withstand the static pressure of the filling material without breaking. 4.4 The materials of the main parts shall comply with the provisions of GB12073. 4.5 The capacity of the filling machine shall be adjustable between 50~250mL. 4.6 When the filling machine is filling 160mL/cup, its maximum production capacity shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.7 During normal production, the filling quality error of the filling machine shall not exceed 2%. During continuous filling, the leakage of the filling valve shall be less than or equal to 0.1% of the filling volume. 4.8
When in use, the noise shall not be greater than 80dB(A). 4.10
The supporting parts such as instruments and motors shall comply with the relevant national standards and be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 4.11
The filling machine shall have the performance of automatic cup supply, filling, heat sealing, and cup discharging and shall be stable and reliable. The appearance shall be flat and bright, without obvious scratches, the outer surface shall be polished and bright, and the surface roughness R. value shall not exceed 3.2um. 4.12
The manufacturing of filling machines shall comply with the hygienic requirements specified in GB12073. The reliability test time of the product after assembly shall not be less than 6h. The manufacturing of parts of filling machines shall be in accordance with the provisions of SB/T222~228. Under the condition that the user abides by the storage and use rules, if the filling machine cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality problems within one year from the date of manufacture, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge (excluding wearing parts). 5 Test method
5.1 Test of filling capacity, production capacity and quality error 5.1.1 Instrument: stopwatch with a scale value of 0.1s, 500g balance with a scale value of 0.1g. 5.1.2 Filling medium: clean water.
5.1.3 Adjust the filling capacity to 50, 160 and 250mL for three filling tests, each time filling no less than 50 cups. Record the filling time of 160mL.
5.1.4 Calculation of filling capacity
From the 50 and 250mL finished products, take 50 cups each for measurement, and take the average value as the filling capacity. 5.1.5 Calculation of production capacity
Calculate the production capacity per hour based on the filling time of 160mL. 5.1.6 Calculation of mass error
Measure the filling mass of each cup from 50, 160, and 250mL respectively, and calculate it according to the following formula. Mass error (%)

5. 2 Measurement of filling valve leakage

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Inspect each unit according to the requirements of 4.1, 4.3, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13. After passing the inspection, the competent quality inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity before the product can leave the factory.
6.2 Type inspection
It shall be carried out in one of the following situations:
New products are put into production;
When there are major changes in the design, process or materials used, which may affect the performance of the product;
When the product is put into production again after being discontinued for more than one year;
In normal production, it shall be carried out every two years; d.
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 6.3 Type inspection items and sampling rules
