This standard applies to the traction motors of the following locomotives and vehicles: UDC

2.2 The product code of the traction motor is composed of the motor type code and the motor feature code in sequence. 2.2.1 The type code is the Chinese phonetic letter used to characterize the various types of motors, as specified in Table 1. Table 1

2.2.2 The characteristic code is the Chinese phonetic letter used to characterize the performance, structure or purpose of the motor. For explosion-proof motors, the letters representing the explosion-proof type, A (increased safety type), Br flameproof type), ZY (positive pressure type), should be marked at the first position of the motor feature code, that is, immediately after the motor type code.
2.3 The specification code of the traction motor is expressed by the motor power (kW) [capacity (kVA)]. 2.3.1 The specification code of the traction motor other than that for battery vehicles is expressed by the motor power (kW) [capacity (kVA)]. If the kilowatt number contains a decimal, it shall be rounded to an integer in accordance with Appendix C "Digital Revision Rules" in GB1.1-81 "General Provisions for the Preparation of Standards in the Guidelines for Standardization Work" (Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China in 1988-11-14 and implemented in 198907-01).

2.3.2 The specification code of the traction motor for battery vehicles is expressed by the power of the motor (kW). If the kW contains a decimal, it is not rounded, such as 1.6, 0.75, etc.
2.4 The special environment code of the motor is selected according to the provisions of Table 2. If it is applicable to more than two special environments at the same time, it is arranged in the order of Table 2.

2.5 For traction motors with the same product code and power (capacity) but different specifications, the specification serial number is used as a supplementary code to distinguish them. The specification serial number is noted after the special environment code and is represented by the numbers 0, 1, 2, etc., but 0 is not marked. 2.6 Models when the same motor outputs two or more powers: If the same motor outputs two or more powers, the specification code and supplementary code when the second power is output should be written as "the second power-corresponding specification number (the first power-corresponding specification number)". When the third power is output, the specification code and supplementary code should be written as "the third power-corresponding specification number (the first power-corresponding specification number)". The same applies to the rest. When there is a special environment code, the special environment code should be added between the power and the specification number outside the brackets. The product models of traction motors are classified by the Xiangtan Traction Electrical Equipment Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. The responsible unit shall uniformly manage and issue product models.
6 Application, issuance and cancellation of product models
After completing the technical task book of the new product, the unit responsible for the design of the new product shall propose a recommended model for the new product in accordance with this standard, fill in two copies of the product model application card (see Table 4), and apply to the industry responsible unit in writing. After approval, the unified model of the new product shall be issued. After the model is issued, if it needs to be cancelled, the responsible unit shall be notified in writing for filing. When several factories produce the same product, a model shall be issued to the first manufacturer for each new product. When the product is transferred to another factory or promoted for production, each factory shall continue to use the same model without the need for a separate application.
If the product design changes (such as changes in technical specifications, appearance and installation dimensions, typical speed characteristic curves, etc.) affect the interchangeability of the entire motor with the original product, the unit responsible for the design change shall re-fill in two copies of the product model application card in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and apply to the industry responsible unit for the issuance of a new model.
