This standard applies to GN1 overlock sewing machine needle plates. 2 Reference Standards Packaging Storage and Transportation Pictorial Marking GB 191 GB/T2828 Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Inspection of Continuous Batch) GB/T2829 Periodic Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Inspection of Production Process Stability) 3 Product Classification Type and size are shown in the figure below. 2.2±0.07 Model rate hand Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 31, 1992286 47.6±0.05 23.7 0.13 29. 2 0. 3710 16 Implemented on April 1, 1993 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The main dimensions shall conform to the following provisions: QB/T 1580-1992 a. The center distance between the two countersunk holes is 47.6±0.05mm; b. The distance from the center line of the needle groove to the center line of the two countersunk holes is 14.5±0.055mm; c. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the top of the tongue is 23.7_0.13mm; d. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the edge of the needle groove is 27.8+g.13mm; e. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the edge of the stem is 28.8-0.21mm; f. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the 67° of the knife gate is 29.2_0.13mm, g. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the knife gate is 37+g16mm, h. The distance from the axis of the B hole to the notch of the knife gate is 14.5_0.0gmm. 4.2 The roughness value of the main surface should not be greater than R.0.8. 4.3 The tongue crossing line is smooth and has no edges, and the surface roughness value should not be greater than R.0.2. 4.4 The flatness of the main surface should not be greater than 0.06mm. 4.5 The needle plate is quenched as a whole, and its hardness should not be less than 500HV5. 5 Test method 5.1 In Article 4.1, the distance dimension and allowable error from the center line of the needle groove to the center line of the two countersunk holes are measured by a special inspection mold. The method is as follows: a. Overlap the needle plate to be inspected with the special inspection mold bottom plate, and align the corresponding holes; b. Insert the two-hole plug gauge into the two holes for positioning; c. Try to insert the needle groove plug gauge into the needle groove, and it is qualified if it is inserted. The remaining dimensions and allowable errors are measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy levels. 5. 2 The roughness of the main surface is determined by comparison with the standard sample. 5.3 The tongue cross-line part is visually determined, or compared with the sample. 5.4 The flatness of the main surface is determined by comparison with the standard sample. 5.5 The quenching hardness is measured by a Vickers hardness tester. Three points on the positive surface of the needle plate are measured, one of which must be on the tongue, and the arithmetic average is taken. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products can only leave the factory after they have passed the inspection of the inspection department and are accompanied by an inspection certificate. 6.2 Inspection classification 6.2.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items specified in Table 1 of this standard shall be carried out within the period specified in the order contract. Inspection level, qualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4.1.2 Sample extraction Samples for batch inspection shall be randomly selected from the inspection batches submitted for inspection. 6.4.1.3 Determination of the quality of a single product The quality of a single product shall be determined according to the grouping provisions in Table 2: if one or more Class B items are found to be unqualified, the product shall be determined to be unqualified. Class C items shall not be determined in a single product, but shall be determined in the product batch quality according to the total number of unqualified items accumulated in all samples. The unqualified Class B items in Groups 1, 2, and 3 shall be counted as the number of unqualified products, and the unqualified items in Group 4 shall be counted as the number of unqualified items. 6.4.1.4 Determination of the quality of a product batch After all samples have been inspected, the batch size and batch quality determination group specified in Table 2 shall be used for determination. If the number of unqualified items in each group of the sample is less than or equal to the qualified determination number A, the batch of products shall be determined to be qualified; if the number of unqualified items in any group is greater than or equal to the unqualified class constant R, the batch of products shall be determined to be unqualified. Regularly follow the sampling plan specified in GB/T2829, and the discrimination level and unqualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.4.2.2 Sample extraction The inspection samples shall be taken from the qualified batches or several batches of batches inspected one by one. 6.4.2.3 Determination of the quality of a single product It shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in Articles 6.4, 1 and 3 of this standard. 6.4.2.4 Type inspection judgment QB/T 1580-1992 After the quality judgment of a single product, the inspection sample size and judgment group specified in Table 3 shall be used for judgment. If the number of unqualified products in each group of the sample inspection results is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number A, the type inspection is judged to be qualified. If the number of unqualified products in any dimension is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number R., the numerical inspection is judged to be unqualified. 6.5 The inspection batch judged to be unqualified shall be fully inspected by the manufacturer, and the unqualified products shall be reassembled for inspection after the unqualified products are removed. The re-inspection record shall be attached when submitting for re-inspection. If the re-inspected batch is still judged to be unqualified, the batch of products shall not be applied for acceptance again. 6.6 In the inspection batch judged to be qualified, the unqualified products found in the inspection shall be refurbished to qualified products or replaced with similar qualified products. 7.1 The outer packaging should be marked with: a. Product model, name, quantity: b. Supply number, article number: c. Box size # Net weight, gross weight e. Manufacturer's name, date of manufacture. 7.2 The storage and transportation graphic signs should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.3 The product packaging is packed in boxes of 40 pieces, and the boxes are sealed after applying 101 anti-rust oil. The certificate mark is affixed to the outside of the box, and then packed in double-tile cartons, with 8 boxes in each box. After sealing, the box is tied with a packing tape in the middle of the length direction. 7.4 The product should be kept clean and dry during loading, unloading and transportation. It must not be thrown or exposed to rain. It must not be shipped together with corrosive items. 7.5 The product must be stored in a dry, ventilated room that can prevent rain and snow. The relative humidity should not exceed 80%. It is forbidden to store it together with corrosive items. 7.6 Product quality should be guaranteed within six months of normal storage.
