4.5.1 The surface of the plate shall be bright, and no scale, oxidation color, alkali or acid pickling traces are allowed. Slight darkening and water marks on the island are allowed.
The surface of the plate shall not have macro defects such as cracks, punctures (pinholes), peeling, folds, metal and non-metal inclusions. 4.5.2
The surface of the plate shall be allowed to have local scratches, pits, indentations, pits, etc. that do not exceed half of the thickness tolerance. The minimum thickness shall be guaranteed. 4.5.3
GB/T 14845---93
4.5.4 It is allowed to remove local surface defects along the rolling direction with a scraper or a grinding wheel with a grain size of not less than 100 days, and polish the cleaned area. The thickness of the cleaned plate should not be less than the minimum allowable thickness. 4.5.5 When there are special requirements for surface quality (such as coating supply, etc.), it can be negotiated by the supply and demand parties and indicated in the contract. 5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method
The chemical composition arbitration analysis method of the product shall be carried out in accordance with GB4698. 5.2 Mechanical properties and process properties test methods 5.2.1 Warm tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with GB228. The specimens for tensile test shall comply with the specifications of P1 in Table 10) of GB6397. 5.2.2 Bending test shall be carried out in accordance with GB232. A 15mm wide specimen is used, and the diameter of the bending core is 3 times the thickness of the plate. 5.2.3 Cupping test shall be carried out in accordance with GB4156. The punch diameter is 20mm. 5.3 Method for measuring unevenness
The unevenness of the plate is determined by the maximum trough between the plate surface on the inspection platform and the ruler placed in any direction of the plate: its value is calculated as follows:
Unevenness (%) -
Where: L----the distance between the two contact points of the plate surface and the ruler, mm; H and 1. The maximum vertical distance between the plate surface and the ruler corresponding to mm5.4 Method for measuring size
The thickness of the plate is measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the top angle and not less than 10mm from the edge. 5.5 Method for determining grain size
The grain size determination is carried out in accordance with GB6394. The recommended sample size is: 20mm (along the width of the plate) × 15mm (along the length of the plate). It is stipulated that the longitudinal section (along the length of the plate) shall be inspected. 5.6 Method for inspecting surface quality
The surface quality of the plate shall be inspected with the naked eye. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The plate shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality complies with the provisions of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The buyer shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall report to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batching
Plates shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch shall consist of products of the same brand, smelting furnace number, specification, manufacturing method, state and heat treatment furnace, and the batch weight is not limited.
6.3 Inspection items
Each batch of plates shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensional deviation, mechanical properties, process properties, grain size and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling location and number of samples
6.4.1 Take one sample from each batch of plates for hydrogen content analysis, and report the analysis results of the original ingot for other components. 6.4.2 For mechanical properties and process performance tests, take two sheets from each batch of plates at random, and take one transverse sample from each sheet according to the test items. 6.4.3 For grain size inspection, take one sheet from each batch of plates at random, and take one transverse sample from it at random. 6.4.4 The size measurement and surface quality inspection of each sheet shall be carried out. 6.5 Repeated test
In the tests of chemical composition, mechanical properties, process performance, and grain size, if the test results of one sample are unqualified, double samples shall be taken from the batch of plates (including the original tested plates) for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the re-test results still show that: · samples do not meet the requirements, the whole batch of plates shall be scrapped, or the unqualified items shall be inspected one by one, and the qualified ones shall be re-delivered in batches. The batch of plates may be reprocessed for · times, and re-delivered for inspection, and the qualified ones shall be delivered in batches.
