Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Determination of resistance of furniture surface paint to liquids
Furniture-Assessment of surface resistance to cold liquids
UDC 684.4 : 667
GB 4893.1-85
This standard is applicable to the determination of the resistance to liquids of paint films on the surfaces of wooden furniture and other wooden furniture parts. Filter paper soaked in the test liquid is placed on the surface of the sample, removed after a specified time, and rated according to the degree of damage to the paint film. 1
Equipment and materials
1.1 Test liquid (see Appendix A).
1.2 Qualitative filter paper (GB1915--80 "Qualitative filter paper"). 1.3 Glass cover with a diameter of about 50mm and a height of about 25mm. 1.4 Stainless steel pointed tweezers.
1.5 Observation box (see Appendix B).
1.6 Cleaning liquid 15ml detergent + 1000ml distilled water. 2 Test specimens
2.1 Specifications are 250mm×200mm.
2.2 After the sample is painted, it should be stored for at least 10 days and completely dry before testing. 2.3 The surface of the sample should be flat, and the paint film should be free of scratches, bubbles and other defects. 2.4 When sending samples, a test report should be attached, including the name of the paint, a brief coating process, production time, etc. 3 Test conditions
3.1 The test room temperature is 20±2℃, and the relative humidity is 60%~70%. 3.2 The test time is based on the product standard or the agreement between the supply and demand parties. Recommended time: 10s, 10min, 1h, 4h, 8h, 24h, 80h. 4 Test steps
4.1 Wipe the surface of the sample with a soft cloth.
4.2 Select three test areas and one comparison area on the sample at random. The center of the test area is not less than 40mm from the edge of the sample, and the distance between the centers of the two test areas is not less than 65mm.
4.3 Soak the 25mm round filter paper in the test solution, take it out with tweezers, place five layers of paper on each test area, and cover it with a glass cover. Keep it moist during the test. 4.4 After the specified time, remove the glass cover, peel off the round paper, use filter paper to absorb the residual liquid, and let it stand for 16 to 24 hours. 4.5 Wash the surface of the sample with cleaning solution and clean water, wipe it dry with a soft cloth, and let it stand for 30 minutes. 4.6 Check the difference between the test area and the comparison area 4.6.1 Place the test area on the sample in the observation box at the center of 550mm from the back, with a visual distance of 0.5 to 1m, and check for marks and deterioration.
4.6.2 Then place the sample under natural light in the room to check for discoloration, bubbling, and wrinkles. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on February 1, 1985
Implemented on April 10, 1985
Evaluation of test results and test reports
5.1 The classification standards are shown in the table below.
GB 4893.1—85
No marks
Slight tarnish marks
Slight discoloration or obvious tarnish marks
Obvious discoloration, blistering, wrinkles, etc.,
5.2 Three testers must evaluate each test area separately, and the majority of the same values shall be taken as the evaluation results. 5.8 The three test areas on the same sample shall be evaluated separately, and the consistent evaluation values of the two test areas shall be the final test values. If there is inconsistency, the test can be repeated once.
5.4 The test report shall include the following contents:
Test date,
The name of the coating material of the sample and a brief coating process, the storage time of the sample after coating,
The name of the test solution, the test time and the test results. GB 4893.1-85
Appendix A
(Supplement)
The test solutions listed in this appendix are liquids that the paint film on the surface of furniture may contact on a daily basis. Other test solutions may also be selected as needed. A.1 Test solutionWww.bzxZ.net
Chemicals are chemically pure or above reagents, and distilled water is used to prepare the solution. The test solution (see the table below) must be stored in a ground-mouth reagent bottle. The liquid temperature during use is the test room temperature. No.

The observation box is used to observe the imprint and luster change of the test area on the sample. B.1 Structure and Materials
B.1.1 The box is made of 15mm thick solid wood or particle board. B.1.2 A hole with a diameter of 25mm is opened on the inclined surface of the box. A 60W white frosted bulb is fixed above the hole by a hinge through the lamp holder plate. The angle of light projected onto the specimen is 30°~60°. B.1.3 The inner wall is painted with black matte paint.
B.2 Dimensions
