The thrust angular contact ball bearing (see Figure 1) type code is 56. The thrust angular contact ball bearing without shaft ring (see Figure 2) is prefixed with KOW. The inner diameter of the bearing is directly expressed in millimeters using the diameter of the inscribed circle of the steel ball: and separated from the size series code by "/\". The bearing contact angle tolerance is specified in the product drawing. Lower deviation The shaft ring and seat ring are made of GCr15 steel, and the heat treatment quality shall comply with the provisions of JB1255. Vop The material and quality of the steel ball shall comply with the provisions of GB308, and its tolerance grade shall not be lower than G16 grade K. The metal cage is made of 08 or 10 cold-rolled steel plate or steel strip. Its material technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB13237 and relevant standards 7.6 . Non-metal cage is made of engineering plastics, The raw materials and cage technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6638 and JB/T7048. The radial play of stamped cages of complete bearings is shown in Table 3. Table 3 Radial play The surface roughness R. of the inner hole surface of the shaft ring and the end surface of the shaft ring and the seat ring shall not exceed 0.8um, and the surface roughness R. of the outer cylindrical surface of the seat ring shall not exceed 0.63μm. The friction torque of the bearing and its fluctuation value shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 7.9 The residual magnetism of the bearing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6641. The fatigue life of the bearing shall reach 3.5×10° times. 7.11 7.12Other technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T307.3. 8 Measurement Test method The measurement method of bearing tolerance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T307.2. 3 JB/T8717-1998 The detection of the inscribed diameter of the steel ball can be replaced by the method of adding a standard shaft ring to detect the actual height deviation of the bearing. The detection method of the fluctuation value of the bearing friction torque shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A. The measurement method of the radial play of the cage E, shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Appendix of the standard). The bearing life test method shall comply with the provisions of QC/T29096. The bearing residual magnetism measurement method shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6641. Inspection rules The inspection rules shall comply with the provisions of the finished bearings in ZBJ11020, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. The qualified quality level AQL value of the main inspection items is 1.5. The qualified quality level AQL value of the secondary inspection items is 4.0. The sample size is drawn according to the general inspection level.
