3 Terminology
3.1 Aerosol can
Aerosol car
A disposable metal container for holding aerosol products, from which the aerosol products are sprayed out through a valve in a controlled form under the action of pre-pressure.
3. 2 Aerosol valve
A mechanical device on the spray container, which sprays the spray product in a predetermined form when opened. 4 Material quality requirements
4.1 The thickness of the tinned steel sheet is 0.18~~0.40mm, the hardness value HR30T is 48~65, the tinning amount is 4.9~20.2g/m2, and other properties meet the requirements of GB2520.
4.2 The aluminum material is industrial pure aluminum, and the aluminum content should be greater than 99.5%. Other properties meet the requirements of GB1196. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Size
5.1.1 The diameter and height of the spray are determined according to user requirements, and the volume is not more than 1000mL. 5.1.2 The main dimensions and tolerances of the can mouth must ensure effective cooperation with the aerosol valve. The opening shape Y type is an aluminum hoop, and the B type is a tinned steel can, see Figure 1 and Table 1.

5.2 Appearance requirements

5.2.2 The tank body is flat, without rust spots, and the weld is smooth. There are no obvious scratches on the main printing parts, and the minor parts have no more than three slight scratches (no more than 0.3mm×20mm).
5.2.3 The roll mouth is smooth, without wrinkles, cracks and deformation. 5.3 Pressure resistance index of spray cans
5.3.1 Leakage test is qualified.
5.3.2 Deformation pressure is not less than 1.2 MPa. 5.3.3 Burst pressure is not less than 1.4 MPa.

5. 6 Requirements for aerosol valves
5.6.1 Leakage test of aerosol valves is qualified.

5.6.2 The appearance and assembly parts of the aerosol valve should be intact, and the product as a whole should be clean and intact. All channels must be unobstructed after the aerosol valve is opened. 5.6.3

6.1.1 The diameter and height of the aerosol valve of the spray can are measured with a vernier caliper or a go/no-go gauge. 6.1.2 The mouth of the can is measured with a go/no-go gauge.
6.2 Leakage test
6.2.1 Instrument
Water bath tester.
6.2.2 Test method
Put the sample on the water bath tester, put it into the water and inflate it to 0.8~0.85MPa, observe the whole can body, and it is qualified if there is no bubble within 1min.
6.3 Deformation pressure and burst pressure

Fill the can with water, insert the sealing head, tighten it, and gradually increase the pressure in the can to 1.2MPa. Observe whether the can body is deformed. If there is no deformation, it is qualified. Continue to increase the pressure to 1.4MPa and observe whether there is a bursting phenomenon. If there is no bursting, this item is qualified. 6.4 Paint film gloss

6.7 Conductivity measurement of inner coating of aluminum cans
6.7.1 Instrument
Special coating conductivity measuring instrument: DC voltage 6.3V, measurement range 0~125mA. 6.7.2 Reagents
Electrolyte: 1.02% NaCl solution.
6.7.3 Determination method
Inject NaCl electrolyte into the sample to 6mm from the mouth, then clamp it on the base of the measuring instrument, operate it according to the instrument usage regulations, and get the reading.
6.8 Aerosol valve deformation pressure
6.8.1 Instrument
Pressure tester: pressure gauge with accuracy of 1.5 level, range of 0~2.5MPa; special dial gauge: measuring range of 0~~10mm, graduation value of 0.01mm.
6.8.2 Test method
Put the sample into the pressure tester, pressurize it to 1.8MPa and keep it for 1min, then use the special dial gauge to measure the change between the height of the inner dome and the outer flange of the valve, and the change is not more than 0.25mm to be qualified. 6.9 Aerosol valve leakage test
6.9.1 Instrument
Leakage tester: pressure gauge measuring range 0~1.0MPa, accuracy 1.5 grade. 6.9.2 Test method
Put the sample into the leakage tester, inflate and pressurize to 0.8~0.85MPa, and keep it for 1min without bubbles to pass. 7 Inspection rules
The number of shipments is a batch, and one spray can or aerosol valve is a unit product. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 The items listed in 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.2.2, 5.3.2, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6.4 of this standard technical requirements shall be inspected according to the test report issued by a third party. If one of them fails, the batch of spray cans shall be judged as unqualified. 7.1.2 Determine whether the batch of spray cans is qualified according to the inspection items and defect classification table (see Table 4). 5m

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
8.1, 1 The surface of the packaging box shall be printed with the product name, specification, quantity, external dimensions of the packaging box, gross weight, manufacturer, and factory date. 8.1.2 Marked with the "Handle with care" mark.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Use corrugated paper box packaging.
8.2.2 Products are arranged vertically and separated by cardboard. 8.2.3 Bundle with plastic strapping tape.
8.3 Transportation
Transport with care, and do not throw, prevent collision, and avoid rain, exposure and pollution. 8.4 Storage
