SY/T 5113-1999
This standard is revised and compiled on the basis of SY5113--93 with reference to the relevant contents of APISpe8A (12th edition on June 1, 1992) and APISm8C (2nd edition on June 1, 1992). This standard partially revises the contents of SY5113--93, among which the maximum load level of the lifting ring is modified, and 675k1 is temporarily retained as the level during the product transition period. The connection dimensions of the lifting ring, the hook and the lower part have also been modified to make the main technical parameters of the lifting ring consistent with API Spec 8A and API SJE: 8C. In order to facilitate the conversion of the maximum load unit of the lifting ring, Appendix A is added. From the month of entry into force, this standard will replace SY5113--93 at the same time. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix.
This standard was proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Petroleum Drilling Equipment and Tools. Drafting unit of this standard: Baoji Petroleum Machinery Factory Main drafters of this standard Qi Zhihua Xu Anshi 1 Scope

4.4 The double-arm lifting ring is manufactured by forging and welding. The forging shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, the welding shall comply with the provisions of SY5305, the welding point shall be in the middle of the straight rod of the lifting ring, and the mechanical properties of the weld shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 4.5 The weld of the double-arm lifting ring shall be ultrasonically inspected according to JB4730, and the defects allowed shall be of appropriate size. Its diameter should not be greater than 2mm
4.6 The surface of the lifting ring should be inspected by magnetic particle, and no cracks should be present.4.7 The surface defects of the lifting ring can be eliminated by grinding. There should be no more than three defects, and the flange should not be located on the same section. The grinding should be smooth. For the lifting ring with a maximum load of 1350kN or more, the grinding depth should not be greater than 3m; for the lifting ring with a maximum load of less than 1350kN, the grinding depth should not be greater than 2mm, and the grinding defect depth of the top section of the large and small rings should not be greater than 1mmc4.8 The single-arm lifting ring must be surface strengthened, and the surface compressive stress should not be less than 390MPa. 4.9 The lifting ring must be supplied in pairs. The length difference of the paired lifting rings should not be greater than 3mn. 4.10 After the lifting ring is tested with the maximum test load, the maximum residual deformation measured shall not exceed 0.2%, but the contact area with the test device is allowed to have a local shaking phenomenon. After the test, the surface of the lifting ring should be inspected by magnetic particle, and no cracks should be present. The maximum test load shall be determined by the following formula:
Pt = U.8pmax - ns

After unloading, the length after the suspension test is checked and measured. There shall be no residual deformation or cracks.
5.5 Affix resistance strain gauges to the calculated commercial stress position. 5.6 The lifting ring is loaded to the maximum test load, and the load is maintained for 5 minutes. After unloading, the lifting ring should meet the requirements of 4.10. The test should be graded as load, and the strain values at the maximum load and maximum test load and the corresponding residual strain values should be read respectively. 5.7 After unloading, non-destructive testing shall be carried out according to 4.6, and a non-destructive testing report shall be submitted. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Type inspection
The lifting ring must be subjected to type inspection. Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 5. 6.2 Factory inspection
The lifting ring shall be inspected piece by piece. Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 5.4, and unqualified products shall not be shipped. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 On the flat surface of the large end of the lifting ring, print the mark in steel letters, including but not limited to the following: a) Product model;
b) Product number and pairing number;
c) Manufacturer's name or factory mark;
d) Factory date (year, month).
7.2 The lifting rings can be simply packed, but the paired lifting rings should be firmly packed together. And fasten the product certificate. 7.3 The paired lifting rings are not allowed to be separated during transportation and storage, and the lifting rings should not be deformed or scratched. 7.4 The lifting rings should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rust. 5
