3 Specifications and models
3.1 Model
3.2 Specifications
Screen (net>
Long hole (long)
Industrial use (industrial)
Screen specifications are expressed by the basic size of the mesh between the warp wires W. The basic size of the mesh between the weft wires W. and the wire diameter d (see Figures 1 and 2).
3.3 Marking
Screen is expressed by the model, specification and number of this standard. Example: Between warp wires The basic mesh size Wk is 5.00mm, the basic mesh size W between the weft wires is 5.60mm, and the wire diameter d is 0.90mm. The wire woven long hole screen is marked as: GCW5.00×5.60/0.90JB/T7859—2000Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on November 28, 2000494
Implementation on June 1, 2001
4Technical requirements

Figure 1
2000
Long mesh W
Figure 2Wide mesh Hole W>W
4.1 The basic size of mesh, the arithmetic mean size deviation of mesh, the size deviation and allowable number of large mesh, the diameter of steel wire and the limit deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 or Table 2.
4.2 Materials
4.2.1 The steel wire material shall be galvanized low-carbon steel wire, low-carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire in a soft state after heat treatment, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T343.
Other steel wires can also be used for weaving according to user requirements. 4.2.2 The surface of the steel wire shall be smooth, without cracks and peeling, and oxidation color is allowed. 4.3 Screen
4.3.1 The screen should be plain woven. 4.3.2 The mesh surface should be flat and clean, without broken wires, loose wires, rust and mechanical damage. Warp joints are allowed, but they should be tightly knitted. 4.3.3 The number of weaving defects such as back nose and skipped wires not exceeding 30mm on 15m2 of mesh surface shall not exceed 30, but the number shall not exceed 6 in any square meter. The number of defects greater than or less than 15㎡2 of the mesh segment shall be converted in proportion. 4.4 The mesh width is 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250mm, and the deviation is ±1%. 495
JB/T 7859--2000
Screens with other mesh widths can also be manufactured according to user requirements. 4.5 The mesh should be supplied in rolls, and the length of each roll should not be less than 15m. Each roll consists of one or two sections, and the minimum length of the mesh section should not be less than 2.5m. The same roll must be made of the same material and the same specification. 5 Test method
5.1 The inspection of the mesh should be carried out on the inspection table. 5.2 The inspection of the mesh weaving quality should be visually inspected according to the requirements of 4.3. 5.3 For the inspection of the size of large mesh holes, first find the large holes by visual inspection. Then use a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm or a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.1mm to measure in the warp and weft directions respectively, but not less than 20mm from the edge of the mesh. The number of large mesh holes is measured on an area of ??200mm×200mm. 5.4 The inspection of the arithmetic mean size of the mesh holes should be measured in the warp and weft directions at the place where the mesh size deviation is the largest, and three places should be measured on every 5m2 of the mesh surface. The connecting lines between the measuring points shall not be parallel to the warp and weft directions. The measuring position shall be selected at any time and shall not be less than 20 mm. The average mesh size is measured by using a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5 mm or a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.1 mm, and calculated according to formula (1) and formula (2):
Where: k is the arithmetic average size of the mesh between the warp wires, mm; w is the arithmetic average size of the mesh between the weft wires, mm; 10
is the length occupied by the distance between 10 meshes distributed continuously in the weft direction. mn; l is the length occupied by the distance between 10 meshes distributed continuously in the warp direction, mm; d is the wire diameter, mm.
(2)
5.5 The wire diameter shall be the average value of not less than 5 warp wires and 5 weft wires. When measuring, use a dry ruler with a graduation value of 0.01 mm or a microscope with a graduation value of 0.01 mm and a magnification of 20 to 40 times. 5.6 The mesh width and length shall be measured with a ruler with a graduation value of 1mm. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The mesh shall be inspected roll by roll and section by section by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with Chapter 2 and Chapter 3. 6.2 The inspection items shall include:
a) mesh weaving quality;
b) mesh arithmetic mean size;
c) large mesh size and quantity;
d) wire diameter and material;
e) mesh width, mesh length and quantity.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1Each roll of screen should be accompanied by a product certificate and should indicate: a) product name;
b) screen mark;
c) material:
d) screen width, length and quantity;
e) inspection results:
f) inspection date and stamp of the inspector;
g) manufacturer's name.
7.1.2The outer package should indicate:
a) product name;
b) screen mark;
c) weight, kg;
d) manufacturer's name;
JB/T7859—2000
e) "Handle with care" and "Prevent moisture" and other words or signs. 7.2 Packaging
The screen should be rolled into a tube and bundled, with moisture-proof paper inside and boxes or packaging cloth outside. 7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1 Rain and moisture-proof measures should be taken during transportation. 7.3.2 It should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive place. It must not be stored when the inner packaging is damaged. Table 1 Slotted screen
