Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7692-1995 eqvIs010570-1992 Construction Machinery Technical Requirements for Articulated Frame Locking Devices Issued on June 20, 1995 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on January 1, 1996 JB/T7692—1995 This standard is formulated based on ISO10570--19924 Earth-moving Machinery-Articulated Frame Locking Device-Technical Requirements" drafted by ISO/TC127 Earth-moving Machinery Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization. The technical content is equivalent to that of the international standard and the writing rules are the same. The various technical contents specified in this standard are the basic provisions for evaluating whether the safety and adaptability of construction machinery during transportation and storage are stable and reliable. It plays an important role in the applicability, safety and technical exchange of articulated frame locking devices for construction machinery. By adopting international standards as our standards, we can promote and standardize the basic requirements for scientific research, production and use of articulated frame locking devices for construction machinery industry in my country, provide a unified evaluation basis, and be universally used internationally to adapt to the needs of international trade, technology and economic exchanges as soon as possible. According to the provisions of 4.2.3.2 of GB/T1.11993, the foreword of the international standard is retained, and the "foreword" is added. This standard is proposed and managed by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The drafting unit of this standard: Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafter of this standard: Yang Guanxi, JB/T76921995 ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide alliance of national standard groups (ISO member countries). The formulation of international standards is usually carried out by ISO technical committees. Each member country has the right to participate in established technical committees and topics of interest. International organizations, governments and non-governmental organizations that have contact with ISO can also participate in this work. ISO works closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for electrotechnical standardization. Draft international standards are circulated by technical committees to member countries for voting. Publication as an international standard requires at least 75% of the member countries to vote. This standard applies to articulated steering construction machinery as defined in GB8498. This standard does not apply to self-propelled scrapers. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards are construed as provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown in the following standards are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB8498-87 Terminology of basic types of earth-moving machinery 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions, 3.1 Articulated frame locking device; in order to prevent the articulated frame of the construction machinery from turning unintentionally during transportation or maintenance, a component composed of one or more connecting rods, steel sections, pins and other parts, including accessories and hinges connected to the loader's articulated frame. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Installation position The installation position of the articulated frame locking device should ensure that the construction machinery is in a straight-line driving state, and should be close to the side of the entrance and exit commonly used by the driver's cab. When the driver can enter and exit from both sides of the cab at will, the installation position of the articulated frame locking device can be specified by the manufacturer. During routine maintenance work, the articulated frame locking device should ensure that the machine is in the required position. 4.2 Machine accessories The connection between the articulated frame locking device and the engineering machine should be firm, and it is guaranteed that it will not be disconnected from the engineering machine during use and storage. 4.3 Color The color of the articulated frame locking device (excluding the connection accessories) should generally be red. When the overall appearance color of the engineering machinery is red, the color of the articulated frame locking device (excluding the connection accessories) should be yellow. 4.4 Performance The articulated frame locking device (including accessories and all hinges at the installation position on the engineering machine frame) should not have any structure plastic deformation when it is subjected to twice the maximum force generated by the steering system specified in the technical documents of the engineering machinery manufacturer. This test should be carried out at the left and right steering positions of the steering system. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 20, 1995 Implemented on January 1, 1996 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
