This standard is formulated based on ISO10570--19924 Earth-moving Machinery-Articulated Frame Locking Device-Technical Requirements" drafted by ISO/TC127 Earth-moving Machinery Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization. The technical content is equivalent to that of the international standard and the writing rules are the same. The various technical contents specified in this standard are the basic provisions for evaluating whether the safety and adaptability of construction machinery during transportation and storage are stable and reliable. It plays an important role in the applicability, safety and technical exchange of articulated frame locking devices for construction machinery. This standard specifies the technical requirements for locking devices of articulated frames of construction machinery to prevent unintentional steering of construction machinery during transportation or maintenance.

This standard adopts the following definitions,
3.1 Articulated frame locking device; in order to prevent the articulated frame of the construction machinery from turning unintentionally during transportation or maintenance, a component composed of one or more connecting rods, steel sections, pins and other parts, including accessories and hinges connected to the loader's articulated frame. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Installation position
The installation position of the articulated frame locking device should ensure that the construction machinery is in a straight-line driving state, and should be close to the side of the entrance and exit commonly used by the driver's cab. When the driver can enter and exit from both sides of the cab at will, the installation position of the articulated frame locking device can be specified by the manufacturer. During routine maintenance work, the articulated frame locking device should ensure that the machine is in the required position. 4.2 Machine accessories
The connection between the articulated frame locking device and the engineering machine should be firm, and it is guaranteed that it will not be disconnected from the engineering machine during use and storage. 4.3 Color
The color of the articulated frame locking device (excluding the connection accessories) should generally be red. When the overall appearance color of the engineering machinery is red, the color of the articulated frame locking device (excluding the connection accessories) should be yellow. 4.4 Performance
The articulated frame locking device (including accessories and all hinges at the installation position on the engineering machine frame) should not have any structure plastic deformation when it is subjected to twice the maximum force generated by the steering system specified in the technical documents of the engineering machinery manufacturer.
