This standard specifies the terminology, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and use of self-inhalation filtertype dust respirators (hereinafter referred to as dust respirators). This standard applies to all types of dust masks produced, sold and used. This standard does not apply to respirators used in environments with oxygen below 18% and toxic gases. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Self-inhalation filter type dust respirator Self-inhalation filter type dust respirator A filter type respirator used for dust prevention that relies on the wearer's breathing to overcome the resistance of the components. 3.2 Simple dust mask Simple dust mask A self-inhalation filter type dust respirator in which both inhalation and exhalation pass through the filter material. 3.3 Complex dust mask Complex dust mask A self-inhalation filter type dust respirator equipped with a dust filter box and a breathing valve, with separate inhalation and exhalation. 3.4 Dust collection efficiency Under certain dust concentration and airflow conditions, the difference between the weight gain of the dust filter membrane when wearing a dust mask and when not wearing a dust mask and the weight gain of the filter membrane when not wearing a dust mask, expressed as a percentage "%. 3.5 Inhalation resistance inhalation resistance The pressure drop caused by a certain air flow through the mask when the dust mask is worn on a simulated head shape. 6.2 Dust blocking efficiency Install the mask on the simulated head form, and then follow the following procedures: a.
Weigh the dust filter membrane and place it in the dust sampling clamp, install it into the sampling ring in the simulated head form, and tighten it. Put the simulated head form wearing the mask into the dust cabinet, and connect the leather hose between the sampling hole and the dust sampler (Figure 1). Start the switch, at a flow rate of 30L/min, let the air containing 40±10mg/m2 of dust pass through the nostrils of the two simulated head shapes, after 10 minutes, remove the dust filter membrane behind the two simulated head shapes, weigh it on the analytical balance, and calculate the dust blocking efficiency of the mask according to formula (1). 6.3 Inhalation resistance Install the mask on the simulated head model, connect the micromanometer, flowmeter and vacuum pump according to Figure 2, and exhaust at a flow rate of 30L/min. Observe the pressure difference when wearing a mask and not wearing a mask, which is the inhalation resistance value. 91

6.4 Exhalation resistance According to the method in 6.3, backflush at a flow rate of 30L/min, observe the pressure difference when wearing a mask and not wearing a mask, which is the exhalation resistance value.
6.5 Inhalation resistance rise value According to the provisions of 6.3, measure the inhalation resistance value of the mask, and then according to the provisions of 6.2, in a cabinet with a dust content of 40±10mg/m2. Pass the mask at a flow rate of 30L/min, remove the mask after 90 minutes, and then measure the resistance of the mask according to the provisions of 6.2.3, which is the increase in inhalation resistance.
6.6 Increase in moisture resistance Measure the inhalation resistance of the mask according to the provisions of 6.3, and then place the simulated head model wearing the mask in a cabinet with a relative humidity greater than 95%, and exhaust at a flow rate of 30L/min to allow water vapor to pass through the mask. After 10 minutes, measure the resistance of the mask again according to the provisions of 6.3, which is the increase in moisture resistance.
6.7 Dead space Put the mask on the simulated head model (the breathing valve hole of the valve mask needs to be closed), with the head model facing downward, slowly inject water into the mouth through the opening behind the head model, pour out the water in the mask after it is filled, and use a measuring cylinder to measure the water capacity, which is the dead space volume (mlL). 6.8 Visual field Select a normal person with a visual acuity of not less than 1.0 Use an arc-shaped medical perimeter to measure the lower visual angle when wearing a mask, which is the lower visual field of the mask (degrees).
6.9 Air tightness of the exhalation valve Install the exhalation valve on the valve seat of the air tightness tester and evacuate the air at a flow rate of no more than 500mL/min to a negative pressure of 980Pa (100mmH,O), stop pumping, start the stopwatch, and record the time required for the water column on the pressure gauge to return to normal pressure. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 The factory inspection is carried out by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the normal inspection sampling plan specified in GB2828. 7.1.1.1 The inspection items are:
dust blocking efficiency;
inhalation resistance;
exhalation resistance (this item is not required for valveless masks); c.
d. Exhalation valve air tightness (this item is not required for valveless masks). Inspection level: special inspection level S-2, qualified quality level AQL=6.5. 7.1.1.2 Inspection batch and sample size, dust masks are inspected every 1~2 days, and the maximum inspection batch shall not exceed 10,000 pieces, which are randomly selected according to the provisions of Table 2 in GB2828.
7.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a
Trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b.

After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; a periodic inspection shall be conducted once a year in normal production; when the product is stopped for more than 6 months and then resumed; when there is a major difference between the inspection results of the ex-factory products and the previous type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.1.2.1 Inspection items, non-conforming classification, discrimination level, and non-conforming quality level value (RQL) shall be carried out in accordance with Table 2. The product quality inspection department designated by the state shall conduct the inspection in accordance with the one-time sampling plan specified in GB2829. Table 2

Processing after inspection
The qualified results of the annual periodic inspection of the enterprise are the basis for batch inspection. If the periodic inspection of the enterprise fails, the competent quality department shall seriously investigate the reasons for the failure. If the reasons for the failure can be corrected immediately, the products manufactured after the correction are allowed to undergo periodic inspection; if the products that fail the periodic inspection can be eliminated or repaired by screening methods, the products that have been screened or repaired are allowed to undergo periodic inspection. c.
If the reasons for the failure of the periodic inspection cannot be corrected immediately, the enterprise shall temporarily stop the normal batch production of the products represented by the periodic inspection. Only under the supervision of the superior quality department, the products manufactured after taking corrective measures can resume normal batch production and batch inspection after passing the periodic inspection.
d. If the enterprise fails to take effective corrective measures to make the product pass the periodic inspection within the prescribed time, the National Labor Protection Product Production License Office will revoke the enterprise's production license. After the enterprise has taken effective corrective measures, it may reapply for a production license from the issuing department and go through the formalities according to simplified procedures.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The product logo should be placed on the upper or lower part of the front of the mask body. The basic content of the product logo includes: 8.1

8.2 Packaging

8.3 Storage

8.3.1 Storage place, product inventory shall not be placed together with acids, alkalis, and other toxic substances. Ventilation, dryness, and temperature should be maintained at 0-35℃. 8.3.2 Storage period, the longest shall not exceed 2 years. Masks with a storage period of more than 2 years shall be sampled and re-inspected at 2%. The inspection items are dust blocking efficiency, breathing resistance, and valve air tightness. They can only be sold and used after obtaining a certificate of conformity. 8.4 Transportation
8.4.1 Transportation conditions, no matter what kind of transportation means is used, the product must be covered, moisture-proof, antifreeze, and protected from sunlight during transportation. 8.4.2 Precautions, it must not be mixed with acids, alkalis and other toxic substances for transportation, and keep the product clean, sanitary and uncontaminated. 9 Use
