National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for adhesion to substrateof plastics gravure printing inks with tape Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method for adhesion to substrateof plastics gravure printing inks with tape. This standard is applicable to the test of adhesion to substrateof plastics gravure printing inks. 2 Reference standards GB7707 Gravure decoration printing GB/T13217.1 Test method for gravure plastic inks Color test 3 Principle GB/T 13217.7-91 The ink imprint on the treated low-density polyethylene film is adhered to the extent by the tape, which indicates the adhesion of the ink. 4 Materials 4.1 Transparent tape: A1 of Appendix A of GB7707. 4.2 Low-density polyethylene film: Surface wetting tension after electric spark treatment is 38×10-5~40×10-5N/cm (38~40dyn/cm), thickness is 0.05±0.01mm. 4.3 Cotton yarn. 4.4 Translucent millimeter grid paper: 20mm×20mm. 4.5 Rubber pad: 240mm×140mm×4mm. 4.6 Scrubbing solvent: ethanol or gasoline. 5 Instruments 5.1 Glass rod: #7mm, length 250mm. 5.2 Glass sheet: 20mmX20mmX2mm. wwW.bzxz.Net 5.3 Yard: 2000g. 5.4 Stopwatch: The division value is 0.2s. 5.5 Wire rod: Copper rod body 9±0.05mm, length 170mm, stainless steel wire winding part length 100±0.50mm, steel wire $0.12mm, closely wound and arranged, neat and without gaps. 5.6 Adhesive tape rolling machine: GB7707 Appendix A2.1. Disc peeling test machine: GB7707 Figure 2. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 14, 199116 Implemented on August 1, 1992 6 Inspection conditions GB/T 13217.7—91 6.1 The inspection should be carried out at a temperature of 25±1℃ and a humidity of 65%±5%. 6.2 Before using the low-density polyethylene film, its surface tension should be measured with a pre-prepared surface wetting tension measuring solution [see Appendix A (Supplement). 7 Inspection steps 7.1 Prepare the sample according to GB/T13217.1, and place the scraped sample for 24 hours. 7.2 Stick the tape to the ink printed surface and roll it back and forth on the adhesive tape roller for 3 times. Place it for 5 minutes, clamp the sample on the A plate, and fix the exposed tape on the B plate (see Figure 2 of GB7707). Then turn on the machine, and the A plate rotates at a speed of 0.6-1.0m/s to peel off the tape. 8 Inspection results Cover the peeled part with a translucent millimeter grid paper with a width of 20mm. Count the number of grids occupied by the ink layer and the number of grids occupied by the peeled ink layer respectively, and calculate according to the following formula: A(%) = 1 Where: A—ink adhesion strength; A - number of grids of the ink layer; A. Number of grids of the peeled ink layer. Formula for surface wetting tension measuring solution Surface tension dyn/cm Formamide GB/T 13217.7—91 Appendix A Low-density polyethylene film Preparation and use of surface wetting tension measuring solution (supplement) Ethylene glycol ether Note: ①The ratio of formamide to ethylene glycol ether is the volume ratio. ②ldyn=10-5N. A2 Use of surface wetting tension measuring solution Dip a cotton ball or a water brush into the prepared measuring solution. A2.1 Surface tension dyn/cm A2.2 Apply 3cm2 on the treated low-density polyethylene film within 1s. Methylamine Ethylene glycol ether A2.3 Observe the surface of the low-density polyethylene film after 2s. If the test liquid is evenly distributed on the surface of the low-density polyethylene film, it means that the required value has been reached or exceeded. A2.4 If the test liquid on the low-density polyethylene film forms uneven water droplets, it means that the surface tension of the low-density polyethylene film has not reached the required value.
