Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Rotary Paint Coaters Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T2115-91 oules1g This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for rotary paint coaters. This standard is applicable to rotary paint coaters (hereinafter referred to as instruments) used for preparing coating samples in industries such as varnish, paint, coating, sugar porcelain and latex. 2 Reference standards GB1727 General preparation method for paint film GB6741 Preparation method for uniform paint film (rotary paint coater method) ZBY002 Basic environmental conditions and test methods for transportation and storage of instruments and meters 3 Instrument composition The instrument consists of a speed regulating motor, a sample fixture, a speed regulator, a time setter, a voltage-stabilized power supply and other components. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Basic requirements 4.1.1 Speed range: 300~1500r/min, steplessly and continuously adjustable. 4.1.2 Time display: seconds\ and * minutes"; time preset: 1s~9min. 4.2 Normal working conditions 4.2.1 Ambient temperature: 5~40℃; 4.2.2 Relative humidity: not more than 85%; 4.2.3 Power supply voltage: 220V±10%, 50±1Hz; Paint film bottom plate area: minimum 70mm×70mm, maximum 200mm×200mm; 4.2.4 |4.2.5 Paint film base thickness: 0.2~5mm; 4.3 Timing accuracy The timing error for 1min is less than 2s. 4.4 Uniformity The difference in paint film thickness at different positions on the same sample prepared by the instrument is less than 2um4.5 Influence of power supply voltage change When the power supply voltage changes within the range of 220V±10%, it shall meet the requirements of 4.3 and 4.4. 4.6 Insulation resistance Under normal Under working conditions, the insulation resistance between the power cord and the shell of the instrument should be greater than 20-MQ. 4.7 Transportation environment requirements bZxz.net The instrument should meet the requirements of ZBY002 under transportation packaging conditions. 4.8 Appearance requirements Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 HG/T2115-91 The surface covering of the instrument shell and parts should be smooth and intact. , there shall be no defects such as peeling and damage, and the fasteners shall not be loose. 5 Test method 5.1 Test conditions shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.2. 5.2 Appearance inspection Inspect by observation, and it shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.8. 5.3 Timing accuracy test Measure with a stopwatch. Set the timer to 1min, then press the stopwatch while starting the instrument. When the instrument displays 60s, press the stopwatch. The error between the time display and the stopwatch reading should be less than 2s.5.4 Uniformity test Use a micrometer to measure, set four measuring points at a distance of more than 10mm from the edge of the bottom plate, measure the thickness of the bottom plate, prepare a sample on a rotary paint coater, dry it according to the provisions of GB1727, measure the thickness after painting at the original measuring point, the difference between the thickness before and after is the thickness of the paint film, the maximum difference in the thickness of the paint film at the four measuring points should be less than 2μm5.5 Power supply voltage change effect test When the power supply voltage is changed between 220V±10% using a 0.5kVA, single-phase 0~250V, 2A voltage regulator, it shall meet the requirements of Article 4.5 of this standard. 5.6 Insulation resistance test Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the power cord and the housing, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.6 of this standard. 5.7 Transportation environment test Put the packaged instrument in the rear of the car and drive it at 40km/h on a Class III highway. After running at a speed of 200km, under the condition that adjustment is allowed, the test shall be carried out according to the requirements of 4.3~4.6 and 4.8 of this standard. The results shall meet the requirements of the corresponding articles. Inspection rules Instrument inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection Instrument factory inspection shall be carried out under the conditions of 4.2 according to the requirements of 4.1, 4.3~4.6 and 4.8 of this standard and the corresponding test methods. 6.2 Type inspection Instrument under the conditions of 4.2 Type inspection is required in any of the following situations: 6.2.1 After the test of the new design prototype is completed; When the new product is identified; When the design, process, components and materials of the instrument are greatly improved; When the mass-produced instruments are regularly inspected; When the production is stopped for more than one year and then put into production again, 6.2.2 Type inspection is carried out under the conditions of Article 4.2, in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.1, 4.3~4.8 and the corresponding test methods. 6.2.3 Type inspection is carried out by regular spot checks, generally once a year, and no less than 2 units each time. 6.2.4 Type inspection is carried out on products that have passed the factory inspection. If there are unqualified items in the inspection results, double the samples should be taken to inspect the unqualified items or all items: If there are still unqualified items, the type inspection is unqualified and the batch of products is unqualified. 7 Marking and packaging 7.1 Marking A nameplate should be fixed at an appropriate position on the instrument casing, and the nameplate should indicate: a. Manufacturer name; b. Name and model; c. Product number: d. Date of manufacture. HG/T2115 - 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The instrument and accessories shall be packed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant packaging technical documents. The technical documents accompanying the instrument packing include a. Product certificate; Instruction manual; Packing list The words or symbols such as "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof", "Do not invert" shall be marked on the outside of the packing box. 7.2.2 Additional instructions: This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation and is under the jurisdiction of the technical unit responsible for standardization of chemical special instruments and meters of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
