1 Scope
Electric welders on fishing vessels
This standard specifies the definition of the occupational skills, basic occupational requirements and working requirements of welders on fishing vessels. This standard applies to the occupational skills appraisal of welding personnel on fishing vessels. 2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 2.1 Ship welder
A person engaged in welding work in the manufacture or repair of fishing vessels. 3 Occupational overview
3.1 Occupational level

Based on the current status of special workers in fishing vessel repair enterprises, this occupation is temporarily set up with three levels, namely: fishing vessel first-level welder (national professional qualification level 4), fishing vessel second-level welder (national professional qualification level 3), fishing vessel first-level welder (national professional qualification level 2).
3.2 Occupational environment
Indoors and outdoors and inside and outside of fishing vessels, normal temperature, no life-threatening hazards. 3.3 Occupational ability characteristics
Have certain visual ability; be flexible in arms and legs, and coordinate movements. 3.4 Basic educational level
Graduate from junior high school or equivalent educational level.
3.5 Training requirements
3.5.1 Training period
For fishing vessel welders, the first-level welder shall not be less than 96 hours; for fishing vessel welders, the second-level welder shall not be less than 88 hours; for fishing vessel welders, the third-level welder shall not be less than 56 hours.
3.5.2 Training teachers
Theoretical part: The teachers of the theoretical part of the training shall have extensive experience in welding teaching, and shall have clear speech and good language expression ability. The teachers who train fishing vessel welders of the first level shall have a college degree or above and intermediate professional and technical qualifications; the teachers who train fishing vessel welders of the second level shall have a college degree or above and intermediate and above professional and technical qualifications; the teachers who train fishing vessel welders of the third level shall have a bachelor's degree or above and senior and above professional and technical qualifications. Practical operation part: Teachers who train Grade 1 welders for fishing vessels shall have 5 years of practical operation experience in this profession and have obtained Grade 3 welder qualification for more than 3 years; teachers who train Grade 2 welders for fishing vessels shall have 7 years of practical operation experience in this profession and have obtained Grade 3 welder qualification for more than 5 years; teachers who train Grade 3 welders for fishing vessels shall have 10 years of practical operation experience in this profession and have obtained Grade 3 welder qualification for more than 10 years (or have obtained Grade 1 national professional qualification). For training teachers who meet the above conditions, the administrative department will issue a letter of appointment of the corresponding level to confirm their qualifications and years of service: 3.5.3 Training venues and equipment
Classrooms that meet teaching needs and actual operation places with necessary connection equipment. 3.6 Appraisal requirements

3.6.1 Applicable objects
People who are engaged in or are about to engage in this occupation and are 18 years old or above. 3.6.2 Application conditions
3.6.2.1 Fishing vessel first-level welder (should meet the following conditions 1) Have primary school education or above, and have worked in this occupation for more than 1 year 2) Able to master positioning operation skills.
3.6.2.2 Fishing vessel second-level welder (should meet the following conditions) 1) After obtaining the first-level welder of fishing vessels "Professional Qualification Certificate", and have worked in this occupation for more than 3 years 2) Graduated from a technical school with a welding major, and have worked in this occupation for more than [years: 3.6, 2.3 Fishing vessel third-level welder (should meet the following conditions) (Meet the following conditions) After obtaining the "Second Class Electric Welder Professional Qualification Certificate for Fishing Vessels", he must have worked in this profession for more than 3 consecutive years. 3.6.3 Identification method
It is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge test and skill operation test. The theoretical knowledge test adopts a closed-book written test method: the skill operation test adopts an on-site actual operation method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test adopt a 100-point system, and the score is 60 points or above to pass. 3.6.4 Ratio of examiners to candidates
The ratio of examiners to candidates for the theoretical knowledge test is 1:20, and there are no less than 2 examiners in each examination room: the ratio of examiners to candidates for the skill operation test is 1:10, and there are no less than 2 examiners in each examination room: the comprehensive evaluation personnel shall not exceed 3 people. 3. 6.5 Appraisal time
The time for the theoretical knowledge test of each level is 120 minutes, and the time for the skill operation test depends on the test items, but shall not be less than 90 minutes. 3.6.6 Appraisal location and equipment
The theoretical knowledge test is conducted in the teaching plan; the skill operation test is conducted in the actual operation site with necessary access equipment. 4 Basic requirements
