National Standard of the People's Republic of China Method for Determination of Dispersibllty for Disperse Dye Double-layer Filter Paper Filtration Method Determlnation of dispersibllty for disperse dye (Filter test of double fllter papers )UDC868. White: 535.6 GB 554085 This standard is applicable to the determination of the dispersibility of disperse dyes. The double-layer filter paper filtration method is used to compare the filter paper residue and filtration time with the "residue five-level card" and "filtration time level" to grade the dispersibility of disperse dyes. Materials and Instruments Porcelain funnel: Büchner porcelain funnel with a diameter of 120mm. Filter paper, double ring brand with a diameter of 11omm fast qualitative filter paper and medium-speed qualitative filter paper. Stainless steel ring: outer diameter 110mm, inner diameter 102mm, height 8mm. c. Suction filter bottle, capacity 1000m1. Vacuum gauge. Vacuum pump. Vacuum control valve. Vacuum-resistant hose. Stopwatch. Beaker: 400ml. Day and a half, the feeling is not more than 0.1g. Electromagnetic stirrer. Volume sachets: 250ml. pHt. Constant temperature water bath. The installation of vacuum filtration device is shown in the figure: Suction bottle 2 Reagents and solutions National Bureau of Standards 1985-10-29 Issued Screw rinse bottle Quick rinse bottle Vacuum filter 1986-08-01 Implementation GB 5540-85 a, disodium diaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) (GB1401-78): chemically pure, 0.25g/I solution. b, glacial acetic acid (GB 676-78): chemically pure, 10% solution. 3 Determination steps 3.1 Preparation of disperse dye suspension (hereinafter referred to as dye solution). Weigh 2.0±0.1 μg of dye (based on 100 points of dyeing intensity) into a 40ml beaker, mix it into a paste with 5ml of hot EDTA solution (50℃, 0.25g/L), then sieve and dilute it with the same EDTA solution to a total volume of 200ml, stir it on an electromagnetic stirrer for 3-5min, and then adjust the pH value to 4.5-5.0 with 10% acetic acid solution, then place the beaker in a constant temperature water bath, and under constant stirring, bring the temperature to 71℃ within 5min for filtration. 8.2 Filtration of disperse dye suspension Put 250ml of 71℃ distilled water into a porcelain funnel, preheat the funnel and stainless steel ring at the same time, start the vacuum pump after 25±10s to completely extract the water, cut off the vacuum, remove the funnel and stainless steel ring, put the medium-speed filter paper on the fast filter paper, put them into the Büchner funnel together, and press the filter paper tightly with the stainless steel ring. While the vacuum pump is running, pour the dye solution heated to 71°C into the funnel for filtration and start timing with a stopwatch. When the appearance of the filter paper changes from yellow to dry, the end point is reached. Record the elapsed time, stop the pump, take out the filter paper residue and let it air dry for 1 second before rating. Note: (1) The capacity of the buffer bottle used in the vacuum system is 2500ml. After the vacuum system is lit, the highest point of vacuum should be adjusted to 60mm with a valve. The vacuum degree of the impurity when the liquid is poured into the funnel for 10 to 15 seconds is 56±10㎡m<. ② The entire operation from dyeing to filtration is required to be completed within 15 minutes. ③ The operation should be strictly carried out in accordance with the test method. 4 Rating Compare the filtration time and the filter paper residue with the "filtration time level" and "residue five-level card" for rating. The dispersion performance of the dye is expressed by the filtration time level/residue number. The filtration time level is specified as: Grade A - - 0 ~ 24S B level—25 ~ 495 C level——50~74s D level——-75~120s E level——large T120s The levels of the residue level card are as follows: 5 level—excellent 4 level—good 3 level—medium 2 level—poorwwW.bzxz.Net 1 level—worst Note: The text of this standard and the five-level residue card are issued separately. The text part is published by China Standards Press and issued by Xinhua Bookstore, and the five-level residue card is reproduced and issued by Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute.
