3 Technical requirements

3.3 Technical requirements for main and wearing parts

3.3.1 Flat teeth
3.3.1.1 The 45 steel specified in GB699 shall be used for selection. Other materials with wear resistance and strength not lower than 45 steel are allowed to be used. 3.3.1.2 The heat treatment hardness of the working part is 40~48HRC. 3.3.1.3 Under normal circumstances, when crushing corn, The service life should be no less than 500h. 3.3.2 The round teeth
shall be made of 45 steel specified in GB699. Other materials with wear resistance and strength not lower than 45 steel are allowed to be used. 3.3.2.1bzxZ.net
3.3.2.2 The heat treatment hardness of the working part is 40~48HRC.3.3.3 Sieve
3.3.3.1 The sieve hole arrangement shall be manufactured according to Type Ia specified in GB3943. When the sieve hole diameter d is less than 3mm, Type Ib can be used. 3.3.3.2 The machining accuracy of the sieve holes shall be in accordance with IT13, and the tolerance of the sieve hole spacing shall be manufactured according to IT16 (the tolerance band is symmetrically distributed relative to the basic size). 3.3.3.3 The working surface of the sieve shall be flat, and the punching burrs shall not exceed 0.2mm. 3.3.3.4 The working surface of the sieve shall not Cracks, peeling, spots and rust are allowed. 3.4.1 All parts must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled. 3.4.2 The sector teeth should be grouped into the rotor assembly, and the weight difference of the flat teeth in the same group should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

3.4.3 After the rotor is assembled, a static balance test should be carried out, and the balancing accuracy level shall be G16 as specified in GB9239. .When the unbalanced weight converted to the rotor outer diameter is less than 1g, it shall be calculated as 1g. 3.4.4 After the sieve is assembled, the screws shall not protrude from the two end faces of the sieve. 3.4.5 The valve shall be opened and closed flexibly, and the body, valve and frame shall fit tightly, and there shall be no powder leakage during operation. 3.4.6 After the main shaft is assembled, it shall rotate flexibly, and the axial vibration shall be within the range of 0.1~0.3mm (for tapered roller bearings) 3.4.7 The bearing chamber shall be clean, and there shall be no oil, iron screen, residual sand and other dirt. A proper amount of nano-based grease shall be added to the bearing chamber. 3.4.8 After the crusher is assembled, an idle operation test shall be carried out remotely. The idle operation shall be carried out at the rated speed for not less than 15 minutes, and the following requirements shall be met:
The operation shall be normal and stable, and there shall be no abnormal sound. The operating device shall be flexible and reliable. a.
b. All connectors and fasteners shall not be loose. c. The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 20℃.
3.5 The quality of the paint layer on the exposed surface of the pulverizer shall comply with the provisions of the TQ-1-BP (or TQ-1-NP) paint layer in NJ/Z3. 3.6 The pulverizer shall have a magnetic separation device to prevent metal debris from entering. 3.7 The transmission parts of the pulverizer equipped with a complete set of power units shall have protective devices. 3.8 The export of pulverizers shall be carried out in accordance with the foreign trade contract. 4 Test methods
4.1 Performance tests and production tests shall be carried out in accordance with GB69714.2 The adhesion of the paint layer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of NJ/Z3. 2
5 Inspection rules

5.1 The pulverizer shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity before it can be shipped out of the factory5.2 Factory inspection: Each product shall be inspected in accordance with Article 3.4.8 of this standard. 5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: when production is transferred to another factory or when production is suspended for a long time; a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, or processes; b.
c. Once every two years in normal production;
d. When the quality supervision agency requires type inspection. 5.3.2 The results of type inspection shall comply with the provisions of Case 3 of this standard. 5.4 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the products leaving the factory in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling inspection method, batch and AQL value shall be decided by the ordering unit and the manufacturer through consultation.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each crusher shall be equipped with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content shall include: manufacturer name;
product model and name;
matching power, spindle speed;
d. weight;
product manufacturing number;
date of manufacture (except for exported machines)
The crusher packaging shall be firm and reliable, easy to transport, and able to prevent parts from being damaged or lost during transportation. 6.2
Spare parts and tools supplied with the product:
