Steel wire is divided into two categories according to the surface state at the time of delivery, and its code is: 4.1

The color should be basically consistent, and there should be no defects such as cracks, black spots, and missing plating. The following defects are allowed on the surface of the coating:
a. Local white spots and flash points;
b. Due to the accumulation of the coating, the radial local enlargement is presented, but the enlargement value does not exceed 1.5 times the positive deviation of the diameter; C. There is a white film on the surface, but it can still withstand the zinc layer quality inspection after removal. 3 The surface of annealed steel wire should be smooth, without defects such as cracks, scars, rips, folds, rust and oxide scale. However, there are defects such as oxide film and local pull marks, wounds and pits with a depth not greater than half of the wire diameter tolerance. 5. 5. 4
The surface of annealed steel wire should be coated with anticorrosive agent and lubricant. The treated steel wire should have good anticorrosion and lubrication properties, and the mechanical properties of the steel wire should not be reduced.
5.6 Wire coil and winding quality

Note: 1) For steel wire coils with nominal diameters of 1.4, 1.6, and 2.0 mm, the total length of the steel wire shall be agreed upon separately by the supply and demand parties and shall be indicated in the contract. 5.6.3 Winding quality
5.6.3.1 A certain tension shall be applied to the steel wire during winding of the steel wire coil. 5.6.3.2 The steel wire coil shall be wound layer by layer from the inside to the outside, and the tightness of each layer shall be uniform, and the direction of the steel wire between adjacent layers shall be staggered. 5.6.3.3 The ends of the steel wire in the steel wire coil shall be bent and inserted into the inner and outer coils, and marked with obvious marks. 5.6.3.4 When the steel wire is pulled out from the inner coil of the steel wire roll slowly and continuously, the steel wire shall be pulled out one by one in the original winding order. Several coils shall not be pulled out at the same time or adjacent coils shall not interfere with each other. Each steel wire roll shall be wound neatly and not loose. When in use, it shall be kept upright in the steel wire roll box. It shall not collapse or be wound randomly. 5.6.3.5
5.6.4 Continuity of steel wire
5.6.4.1 Each steel wire roll shall consist of one steel wire, and there shall be no broken ends or artificially twisted knots. 5.6.4.2
Steel wires may be connected by electric welding, but the tensile strength of the welding point shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 of this standard. The diameter of the joint shall not be used as the basis for rejection.

5.6.4.3 Each wire coil shall have no more than two joints. The joints of galvanized steel wire shall be coated with antirust agent. The zinc layer quality inspection is not performed here. 6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
The test shall be carried out at room temperature and normal air humidity. 6.2 Appearance inspection and dimension measurement of steel wire
6.2.1 Use visual inspection or low-power magnifying glass to check the surface defects of the steel wire. If necessary, sandpaper or file can be used to remove the surface defects and then measure the diameter of the steel wire to determine the depth of the surface defects.
6.2.2 Use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm to measure the diameter of the steel wire. Measure in two vertical directions of the same cross section. Each wire coil shall have no less than two measuring locations.
6.3 Tensile test
6.3.1 The tensile strength and elongation test of steel wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. The tensile strength of galvanized steel wire shall be calculated according to the actual diameter; the tensile strength of annealed steel wire shall be calculated according to the nominal diameter. 6.3.2 Take 3 sections of steel wire from each wire coil as test pieces, with a spacing of 10m between each section. The original gauge length of the test piece is 100mm, and the parallel length of the test piece should be less than 150mm.
6.3.3 After yielding, the separation speed of the active chuck of the testing machine under load should be less than 75mm/min. 6.4 Check the winding quality of the wire coil
6.4.1 Test equipment
One winding machine, one wire coil box, and several wire guides. 6.4.2 Test method
a. Place a roll of steel wire in the wire box, pull out the end of the inner circle, and pass it through at least 3 wire guides, and finally fix the wire head on the I-shaped wheel of the winding machine;
b. From the wire box to the I-shaped wheel of the winding machine, the steel wire must not be in a straight line, and the direction of the steel wire must not be less than 2 (bending points), and the turning angle should not be less than 90°;
c. Start the winding machine, while sew and wind, observe the sew quality of the original steel wire roll, until the original steel wire roll is re-sewed and wound. 6.5 The zinc layer quality test of galvanized steel wire shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB2973.1. 6.6 The winding test of galvanized steel wire shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB2976, the winding speed shall not exceed 20r/min, and the number of winding turns shall not be less than 6 turns.
6.7 The bending test of steel wire shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB238. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Wire coils shall be inspected in batches, and each batch shall consist of wire coils of the same shape, size and delivery status. 7.2 Wire coils shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before they can leave the factory. 7.3 Wire coil inspection shall include factory inspection and type inspection. 7.4 Factory inspection
Wire coils shall be submitted for inspection batch by batch, with a batch size of N=151~280 coils. Five coils shall be randomly selected from each batch of products for the following inspections:7.4.1
a.The winding quality of the steel wire coil shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.6.3.2, 5.6.3.3, 5.6.3.4 and 5.6.3.5 of this standard; 4

b. The diameter and allowable deviation of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.1 of this standard; c. The surface quality of the steel wire shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.5.1, 5.5.3 and 5.5.4 of this standard; d. The size and allowable deviation of the steel wire coil (including the outer diameter, inner diameter, height value and allowable deviation of the steel wire coil) shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6.2 of this standard.
In the inspection items specified for the winding quality of the steel wire coil, if the cumulative number of unqualified items is less than or equal to 1, the steel wire coil shall be judged as qualified. 7. 4. 2
In the remaining 7 inspection items, if the cumulative number of unqualified items is less than or equal to 5, the steel wire coil shall be judged as qualified. When the steel wire coils meet the requirements of 7.4.2 and 7.4.3, the whole batch of steel wire coils shall be judged as qualified, otherwise it shall be judged as unqualified. Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. New product trial production and identification;
b. During normal production, it shall be inspected periodically or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated, and shall not be less than once every two years; c. When the product is resumed after two years of suspension; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.5.2
Judgment rules
When the cumulative number of unqualified items under inspection is less than or equal to the qualified judgment constant A., the whole batch of steel wire coils shall be judged as qualified. When the cumulative number of unqualified items under inspection is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number R., the whole batch of steel wire coils shall be judged as unqualified. When the steel wire coils are judged as qualified in the three categories of A, B, and C, the whole batch of steel wire coils is judged as qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. The type inspection batch is N=501~1200 coils. The inspection items, sampling plan and judgment rules are shown in Table 5. Table 5

8.1 Each roll of steel wire should be marked, and each batch of steel wire should have a quality guarantee, the content of which should comply with the provisions of Chapters 3 and 4 of GB2103. 8.2 Steel wire rolls are generally packaged in single rolls.
8.3 It is allowed to bundle two rolls of steel wire rolls with the same diameter and the same delivery status. 8.4 Each coil of steel wire is tied with soft steel wire at three places, two turns at each place, and should be tied tightly. The distance between each place should be roughly equal, as shown in the figure. 5 Steel wire is generally packed in cartons or wooden boxes. On both sides of the packaging box, a 150mm hole is left for the inner circle of the steel wire roll. The quality of the inner and outer packaging should meet the requirements of Class 5 packaging of GB2103. With the consent of the purchaser, simple packaging can also be used, but the packaging requirements should be stated in the contract. 8.6
8.7 For steel wire rolls transported over long distances, transportation marks should be added to the outside of their packaging boxes, and the content should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 8.8 During storage, the steel wire rolls should be kept clean and dry, and necessary moisture-proof and rain-proof measures should be taken. 8.9 Under normal conditions, the shelf life of the product is one year from the date of leaving the factory. ?
Quality Assurance Period
If the user complies with the product usage rules, within one year from the date of delivery, if the product cannot meet the normal use requirements of the baler due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall replace it for the user free of charge. Additional Notes:
