Sample state adjustment and standard test environment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2918. The sample pretreatment time under standard environment conditions shall be more than 4h. Test environment conditions Temperature is 23℃±2℃, relative humidity is 50%±10%. 5.2 Dimensions

5.3.1 The surface, printing, film roll and sealing of milk bags in the appearance quality requirements shall be inspected by visual inspection under non-direct natural light.
5.3.2 The size of "crystal point" and "impurity" shall be detected with a scale magnifying glass, calculated based on the actual width and length, and the sampling area shall not be less than 1m2.
5.4 Physical and mechanical properties test
5.4.1 Breaking force and elongation at break.
Test according to the provisions of CB/T1040.3. The sample adopts a type 2 long strip sample with a width of 15mm, a jaw distance of 50mm for the tensile testing machine, and a test speed of 300mm/min
5.4.2 Heat sealing strength.
Test according to the provisions of QB/T2358.

5.4.3 Dart impact quality.
Test according to method A specified in GB/T9639.1—2008. 5.4.4 Oxygen permeability.
Test according to GB/T1038 or GB/T19789. The method in GB/T1038 shall be used for arbitration. 5.4.5 Water vapor permeability.
Test according to GB/T1037 or GB/T21529 or IS015106.2-2003. Test conditions: temperature 38℃±0.6℃, relative humidity 90%±2%. The method in GB/T1037 shall be used for arbitration. 5.4.6 Ink layer bonding strength.
Test according to the method specified in 5.7 of GB/T7707-2008 and the requirements for adhesive tape adhesion in Appendix A. 5.4.7 Pressure resistance.
Test according to 6.6.8 of CB/T10004-2008. 5.4.8 Drop performance.
Test in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.9 of GB/T10004-2008. 5.5 Hygienic performance test
5.5.1 The hygienic performance of milk film and milk bag shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.60. 5.5.2 The determination of the residual solvent content of milk film and milk bag shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.17 of GB/T10004-2008. 5.6 Determination of microbial indicators
5.6.1 In a sterile room, cut the sample into an area of ​​100cm2. If the area is less than 100cm2, cut it into the largest rectangle, measure the actual area, and accurately measure it to 0.1cm. Use a sterile cotton swab soaked in sterile water to repeatedly wipe the inner layer. After wiping, cut the cotton swab immediately (or burn it off), put it into a conical flask (or large test tube) containing 100mL sterile physiological water and shake it well to obtain the test solution. 5.6.2 The total colony count and coliform group shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of CB4789.2 and GB4789.3. The total colony count per square centimeter and the number of coliform group per 100 square centimeters shall be calculated based on the sample area. 5.6.3 Pathogenic bacteria include Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, and hemolytic streptococci, which shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB4789.4, GB4789.5, GB4789.10, and GB4789.11, respectively. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection.
Inspect product dimensions, joint requirements, and appearance quality in accordance with the requirements of 4.1 to 4.3. 6.1.2 Type inspection.
Type inspection items are all items in Chapter 4. Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs: a) Appraisal of new product production;
b) When there are major changes in structure, process, or materials; c) During normal production, inspection is carried out every six months; d) When the product is resumed after being discontinued for 6 months; e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; f)
When the national quality supervision agency or user makes a request. 6
6.2 Sampling
6.2.1 Batch.

The same variety and specification are considered as one batch. For delivery in the form of milk bags, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 4 million. For delivery in the form of film rolls, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 20 tons.
6.2.2 Sampling plan.
Dimensions, joints and appearance requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T2828.1, using the special inspection level S-3 qualified quality level AQL=6.5, and a normal inspection sampling plan. Physical and mechanical properties, sanitary properties, and microbiological index sampling are carried out in batches. Products supplied in the form of rolls should be randomly selected from each batch of samples for inspection. Products supplied in the form of individual products should be tested from each batch of samples according to the requirements of the test items.
6.3 Judgment
6.3.1 The results of the size, joint and appearance quality inspections shall be judged individually in accordance with the provisions of Tables 1 to 5. If there are unqualified items, the roll (unit) shall be judged as unqualified. The qualified batch shall be judged in accordance with Table 9. 6.3.2 The results of physical and mechanical properties inspection shall be judged individually according to the index requirements of Table 6. If one item is unqualified, the unqualified items shall be double sampled and re-tested in the original batch. If the re-test results are still unqualified, the batch shall be judged unqualified. 6.3.3 The requirements for sanitary performance and microbiological indicators shall be judged according to the provisions of 4.5 and 4.6. If one item is unqualified, the batch shall be judged unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The film roll or packaging should be marked with the product name, production date, batch number, specifications, manufacturer, and accompanied by a product certificate. 7.2 Packaging
Clean and odorless packaging materials should be used.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, mechanical collisions or contact with sharp objects should be prevented, and the product should be protected from sunlight and rain to ensure that the packaging is intact and the product is not contaminated. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse and should not come into contact with corrosive chemicals and other harmful substances. It should be at least 1m away from heat sources. The shelf life is generally not more than one year from the date of production. 7
