This standard specifies the grades, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and quality certificates for grey cast iron products for theelectrician special equipment. This standard applies to the manufacture of grey cast iron products for theelectrician special equipment. 2 Referenced Standards
The following standards contain provisions. The provisions of this standard are constituted by reference in this standard. At the time of publication of the standard, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. JB/T7945—1995 Mechanical properties test method for gray cast iron parts 3 Requirements
3.1 Gray cast iron grades
Based on the tensile strength of single cast test bars with a diameter of Φ30imm, gray cast iron is divided into six grades: HT100, HT150, HT200, HT250, HT300 and HT350. The structural type of the single cast test bar is shown in Figure 1. 3.2 Mechanical properties
3.2.1 Tensile strength
3.2.1.1 Tensile strength of single test bar
The tensile strength of gray cast iron measured by the test bar processed from the single test bar in this standard shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Tensile strength of single cast test bar
3.2.1.2 Tensile strength of attached cast test bar (block) Minimum tensile strength
When the wall thickness of the casting exceeds 20mm and the weight exceeds 200kg, and there are special requirements, after consultation and agreement between the supply and demand parties, the attached cast test bar (see Figure 2) or attached cast test block (see Figure 3) with similar cooling conditions to the casting can also be used to measure the tensile strength. The tensile strength of the test result is closer to the performance of the casting material than the tensile strength of the single test bar. Its tensile strength should meet the requirements of Table 2. 55

HT100 gray iron castings have low strength at the section, and the values in brackets are applicable when the casting wall is larger than the specimen diameter. 3.2.1.3 Tensile strength of gray cast iron parts with different thicknesses Attached casting test block
(for reference only)
The tensile strength of gray cast iron parts is related to the casting film thickness. Different waist thicknesses of gray cast iron parts of the same brand will obtain different tensile strengths: In order to facilitate design and use. Table 3 gives the reference values of tensile strength that can be achieved by gray castings of different thicknesses of various brands: When the supply and demand parties agree, the properties of the casting material can also be determined by adding 10% of the test blocks cut from the castings to the test pieces. The tensile strength should meet the requirements of Table 3
3.2.2 Hardness
JB/T4328.1-1999
Table 3 Tensile strength of castings
Stop working
When hardness is used as a test for the mechanical properties of gray cast iron parts, it should meet the requirements of Table 4. Table 4 Hardness grade of grey iron castings Hardness grade Minimum tensile strength Hardness range HB 150-200 170-220 190-240 210-260 230-280 JB/T 4328.1-1999 3.3 The dimensional tolerance of castings shall comply with the provisions of Table AI of Appendix A: The dimensional tolerance values of castings shall comply with the provisions of Table A2 of Appendix A The misalignment values of castings shall comply with the provisions of Table A3 of Appendix A 3.3.1 The dimensional tolerances specified in this standard are symmetrically distributed: When the product is to be asymmetrically distributed, it must be clearly stated in the drawings and relevant technical documents. 3.3.2 The dimensional tolerance grade of grey iron castings when the basic size is greater than 25 mm: Green sand mold: CT13~CT15
White hard sand mold: CT11~CT13
When the minimum tolerance of the joint thickness is given, it should be one level lower than the above minimum tolerance grade: that is: Green sand mold: CT14~CT16
Self-hardening sand: CT12~CT14
3.3.3 When the basic dimension of gray iron castings is not more than 25mm, it should meet the following requirements: a) When the basic dimension is less than 10mm, the dimensional tolerance grade is increased by three levels. That is: wet sand mold: CT10~CT12
white hard sand mold: CT8-CT10;
b) When the basic size is less than 10mm and less than 16mm, the dimensional tolerance grade is increased by two levels, that is: wet sand mold: CT11~CT13
white hard sand mold: CT9~CT11;
c) When the basic size is less than 16mm and less than 25mm, the dimensional tolerance grade is increased by one level, that is: wet sand mold: CT12~CT14
self-hardening sand mold: CT10~CT12
3.3.4 The dimensional tolerance grade of gray iron castings shall be indicated in the drawings or technical documents. When marking, the minimum dimensional tolerance grade specified in this standard shall be implemented.
3.3.5 Different parts of the same gray iron casting. Different dimensional tolerance grades are allowed, but the dimensional tolerance values must be indicated in the drawings or technical documents:
