4 Water supply requirements
JB/T 9035-1999
4.1 The hydraulic applicator shall comply with the provisions of the standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. The inner surface of the hydraulic applicator shall be flat and smooth. For hydraulic flow devices with a diameter of less than 125mm, the inner working surface is allowed to have a maximum of 1mm protrusion; for hydraulic objects with a diameter of 125-355mm, the inner working surface is not allowed to have a protrusion larger than 2mm. For hydraulic flow devices with a diameter of 500-1000mm, the inner working surface is not allowed to have a protrusion larger than 5mm. 4.3 The inner working surface of hydraulic cyclones of the same specifications made of the same sealing material should be unified. The inner surface of the hydrocyclone made of quartz, titanium alloy or cold-hardened castings shall not be greater than 3m; the inner working surface of the water jet cyclone made of light oxygen, alkane, alkali, and carbon steel pipes shall not have a depth greater than 2mm; the inner working surface of the water jet cyclone shall not have a gas field or defect greater than 8mm in area; 4.4 Under the given pressure in Table 4, the side wall of the hydrocyclone shall not be deformed, and the reverse joints shall not leak; 4.5 The hydraulic flow can be formed by plate rolling or chain sheet forming; 4.6 The outer thin surface of the hydraulic flow device shall be polished Apply anti-rust primer twice, then apply topcoat. The paint should be evenly applied, and no light flow marks, smooth lines and other defects should be removed. 4. The hydraulic construction equipment should be used in a complete set of specifications, including the overflow, sand discharge, valve and other parts and components specified in the contract. 4.8 The physical and mechanical properties of the wear-resistant rubber inner village should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.9 The date of the sealed self-made cavity is 18 pieces. After the storage period and the whole manufacturer's inspection, it can be used continuously only if it meets the requirements of Table 2.
5 Test methods and inspection specifications
5.1 For the size of the serial number 1~serial number in Table 1, the gauge is used only. For the inspection tools of 4.2 and 4.3, the difference shall not be greater than 1uu5.2 The pressure of the feed port shall be measured with a precision of less than 1 level. 5.3 The negative pressure test face shall be carried out at the user unit. For hydraulic system devices with a diameter not exceeding 155mm , the actual pressure at the bottom flow of the model 15-20s: For the hydraulic flow applicator with a true diameter of 155m1m, the actual pressure measured according to the feed concentration is calculated using formula (1): Q = 0.93mpa10m
Where: 4—feed port diameter. cmsd——flow rate, cmi
P to 1 force, MPa:
, force efficiency flow rate adjustment coefficient, K. = 09-D—cyclone diameter, cm
5.4 For 4.4, the following method is used for inspection:
JB/T 903S--1999
Each unit shall be tested for hydrostatic test (if less than five units are not included), the test pressure shall be 12 times of the working force, and the test time shall not be less than 5 minutes. If the test fails, one unit shall be selected every two units, and if it still fails, each unit shall be tested one by one. 5.5 For the requirements of 4.8, the test data shall be provided by the manufacturer of the rubber lining. The test specimens of the rubber parts shall be prepared according to the provisions of GB/T53I at 11°C/2198: the breaking temperature, the whole breaking water deformation, the tensile strength and the elongation shall be measured according to the provisions of GB/T16B]; the elasticity shall be measured according to the provisions of GB/T1689; the aging coefficient shall be tested according to the provisions of GB/T3512. 5.6 Each hydrocyclone must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 5.7 Step factory inspection (preliminary date) (Table 1) Serial number 1, Serial number 6, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6 and 4.8. 5.8 The hydraulic vortex generator should be tested regularly every 3 years in the field. The inspection items are marked with No. 7, No. 8 and No. 106 in Table 1. Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each hydraulic vortex generator should have a product label on it. Its type and size should comply with the provisions of GBT1330, and indicate the following:
