After the test, check according to the requirements of Article 4.8. 5.5 Temperature test
5.5.1 During the low temperature test, place the headlamp in the low temperature box in the working position. After the temperature in the box reaches -40±3℃, continue the test for 1 hour. After the test, remove the headlamp within 2 minutes and wipe off the frost on the surface, then check it according to the provisions of Article 4.9, and light the lamp with the test voltage for no less than 2 minutes.
5.5.2 During the high temperature test, place the headlamp in the high temperature box in the working state, and use the test voltage to alternately light the high and low beams in the manner of lighting for 5 minutes and then turning them off for 5 minutes. After the temperature in the box reaches 65±2℃, continue for 1 hour. After the test, remove the headlamp and then check it according to the requirements of Article 4.9.
5.5.3 After the low temperature test, the headlamp should be restored to the ambient temperature before the high temperature test. The recovery time should be no less than 1 hour. 5.6 Dust test
Place the headlamp in the working state and test it according to the corresponding dust test method and conditions specified in GB4942.2. First, conduct a 2.5-hour test without power, then test the high and low beams of the lamps alternately for 3 hours with the test voltage on for 15 minutes and off for 15 minutes, and finally test the lamps without power for 2.5 hours. After the test, remove the headlamp. Wipe off the dust on its exposed surface and re-measure the maximum illuminance drop rate. 5.7 Splash test
