The printed words and patterns are clear and complete. Ink shedding is not allowed. 5 Test method
5.1 Samplewww.bzxz.net
The product can be taken as a sample only after 24 hours of demoulding. 5.2 Dimension deviation
Specification dimension inspection is measured by a general measuring tool with an accuracy of 1mm. The length and width are measured at the top of the box body. The length and width of the sample are the maximum lengths of the two connecting lines of the arcs at the four corners of its shape and the straight edge (see Figure 1). When calculating the sample length of the end protrusion, the values of the two end protrusions should be added. The height measurement position should be at the four corners, and the result is the maximum value of the four values. Accurate to 1mm. Figure 1 Schematic diagram of food box specification measurement
5.3 Mass deviation
Use a general scale with a sensitivity of 5 to weigh and calculate the percentage value with the approved mass. 5.4 Appearance
Measure under natural light conditions and use corresponding measuring tools. 5.5 Fit
5.5.1 Stacking fit
Put a box on the flat ground and put another box on it. After the matching parts are aligned, the two boxes can be stacked normally and qualified. Take 3 samples, which can be interchanged.
5.5.2 Anti-slip stacking
Stack the empty boxes on the flat ground, the stack height is not less than 2m, so that one side (short side) of the box bottom is raised, and the bottom surface of the box is at an angle of 5° with the ground plane. Slipping is not allowed. 5.6 Deformation
Use a general measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.05mm to measure. 5.6.1 Side wall deformation rate
The measurement method is shown in Figure 2. After finding the maximum deformation point on the measured surface of the sample, make the direction of the ruler parallel to the plane of the box mouth, and the ruler plane is perpendicular to the measured surface. The distance from the lower end of the ruler to this point is the side wall deformation △L of the measured surface. The length of the ruler should be consistent with the length of the II line of the measured surface. The side wall deformation rate A (%) of the test surface of the sample is calculated according to formula (1). A=
Wherein: A side wall deformation rate of the test surface of the sample, %; 1,--the length of the box side where the test surface is located, mm; Al,--the side wall deformation of the test surface, mm. 12

5.6.2.2 Test steps
5.6.2.2.1 Under normal temperature conditions, place a sample on the frame composed of brackets and shelf bars according to the actual stacking method, see Figure 4. The length of the shelf bar is selected according to the length and width of the sample.
5.6.2.2.2 Place the dial indicator on the flat plate and calibrate the zero position, that is, the reading when the height of the striker of the indicator is equal to the height of the frame is zero. Align the striker with the center of the bottom of the sample.
5.6.2.2.3 Put 15 sand bags into the sample box, make the bottom of the box evenly loaded, and start timing. When 15 minutes have passed, the reading of the dial indicator is the bearing deformation of the bottom of the sample.
5.6.2.3 Result expression
Take the maximum value of the bearing deformation of the bottom of the three samples. 13

Figure 4 Schematic diagram of bracket and shelf combination
1 Shelf; 2-right bracket; 3 Left bracket; 4 Steel plate insulation water tank, universal measuring tool with an accuracy of 1mm. 5.6.3.2 Test steps
After measuring the length of the two inner diagonals of the upper mouth of the sample, immerse it completely in water at 65±5℃ and start timing. After 10 minutes, take out the sample and place it at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then measure the length of the inner diagonals of the sample and calculate the change of each diagonal. The larger value is the shrinkage deformation of the sample. The shrinkage deformation rate B (%) of the sample is calculated according to formula (2). B
Where: 1--shrinkage deformation rate, %;
L. - the length of the inner diagonal before the test, mm; L, - the length of the inner diagonal after the test, mm. 5.6.3.3 Result expression
Take the maximum value of the shrinkage deformation rate of the three specimens. 5.7 Drop
ILo L,l
Perform according to G13/T4857.5. Three specimens for each. X 100
5.7.1 Drop in a box at room temperature
Under room temperature conditions, lift the specimen with a uniform load of 20kg to a height of 1.2m, keep the bottom surface of the specimen parallel to the impact surface, and then drop it from this height for three consecutive drops.
5.7.2 Drop in an empty box at low temperature
The specimen is placed in a 10±2°C environment for 4h, then lifted to a height of 2m, dropped from this height, and the long side, short side and their angles of the bottom surface of the specimen are placed on the ground in turn, and each drop is made once. The drop should be completed within 10 minutes. 5.8 Stacking
Take 3 samples and follow GB3/T4857.3. Place an empty box with the mouth facing upwards, and the total amount of the loading plate and the weight is 2500N. The load duration is 72h. Measure the height change of the loading plate at the midpoint of the two long sides of the mouth of the sample box body, △h, accurate to 0.01mm. The box height change rate C (%) is calculated according to formula (3). 14
