1996-11-11 Implementation
JB/T 83541996
This standard is formulated on the basis of sufficient experimental research, analysis and comparison. It is formulated in accordance with the foreign standards such as DIN201 effective density steel wire shot and the former Soviet Union standard FCCT11964% industrial iron filling and smoke Bei?, etc. According to the current level of shot blasting, taking into account the current situation of using recycled wire and new steel wire to manufacture steel wire shot, in addition to the requirement for the allowable error of the steel wire core material in the standard, which is slightly lower than the US military standard and the original federal standard, its compensation index is based on the technical system. This standard will be implemented from March 1, 1996. From October 1, 1996, all steel shot products should meet the standards of the standard. This standard was proposed and submitted by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Steel Wire Shot Blasting Machinery. The main drafters of this standard are Shuang Tongqing and Huandao from Jigang Bo Forging Machinery Research Institute and Ceshan Steel Wire Shot Blasting Factory. This standard was first issued on April 11, 1996. 1 Scope

Steel Wire Shot
This standard specifies the types, model markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection criteria, etc. of steel wire. The standard is applicable to the steel shots used for the shot blasting (shot blasting) process of cold-drawn steel shearing: 2 Referenced Standards
JB/TB354-1996
The provisions included in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being cited in this standard. When this standard is published, the smaller version is valid. All standards are subject to revision. The parties using this standard should use the following standards to measure possible deviations from this standard: 342-52

Steel and grade length are classified according to the steel wire shot shape (hardness or raw shape), grain (nominal diameter) and wire hardness (see Table 1). In the marking of steel wire shot, the mesh shape and the sample shape are represented by the symbols YZ and YD respectively. For steel wire with diameters of HV2, HV3, HV4, HV400~HV500, IIV, HV500 and HV600, the symbols IIV250, IIVa50, HV450, HVG50 and HVe5 are used to represent small size markings:
The long shape is round. The nominal diameter is C.Bmm, and the belly value is HV The model number of 40C--IIV500 is: Copper wire shot YZ0.8HV450JB/T8354

.1.1 If there is no agreement on special steel (such as steel wire mesh) when ordering, steel with a temperature of 34% should be used. 4.1.2 If there is a special agreement when ordering, the type of component should be determined by the supplier. 4.1.3 If recycled materials are used to make steel wire, the recycled materials should be reprocessed and restored to the same structure and physical properties as the original materials.
4.2 Production process
If the two parties have no special negotiation at the time of ordering, the choice of steel wire production process shall be made by the supplier. 3. Pre-shaped pellets
JB/T8354-1996
4.3.1 The actual requirements of the goods are not met. The shape of the pellets received at the time of delivery should be as cylindrical as possible. 4.3.2 The cylindrical pellets should be spherical, and the difference in the vertical and horizontal lengths should not exceed 20% of the original diameter. 4.4.3.3 Rod-shaped steel wire pellets The wire should have a shear plane that is straight to the axis of the cylinder and has no obvious cracking. The wires shown in Figures 1 and ? are steel balls.

4.3.+ The ratio of the length to the short axis of the tooth is 10:2) The total number of balls with sharp angles, flow expansion and alkali inversion is not too light. When the wire is thicker than the final ball with defects, the ball in Figure 3 cannot be used. tt||4.3. If there is a special agreement on other shapes of wire shot, the parties to the agreement shall make specific arrangements for the requirements. 4.4 Surface characteristics of wire shot
The surface of the wire shot should not have a length exceeding 1/2 of the inspection diameter and a depth exceeding 1/4 of the true diameter. The number of cracking defects should not exceed 5% of the total number of inspections. If there is no special provision, the surface of the wire shot should not have zinc, pot, additional material corrosion layer and other attachments, and no obvious rust phenomenon. ,
4.5 Steel Wire Shot Particle Size
4.5,1 The length of the steel wire should correspond to its nominal diameter, and its vertical length value should be within the range specified in Table 1. The diameter and length should be within the range specified in Table 1. The number of wire shots used should not exceed 15 of the total number of shots inspected. 4..2 For the steel shot with a nominal diameter specified in Table 1, the diameter and pressure should be determined according to the nominal diameter closest to the nominal diameter in Table 1. The allowable temperature difference should be met and the corresponding requirements should be met. 4.6 Steel Wire Shot Weight and Bulk Density
JB/T 8354·-1996
4.6.1 The weight of the wire hole should not exceed the allowable error specified in Table 1. 4.2 The density of the shot should not be less than 4.2×10kg/m. 4.7 The hardness of the steel wire shot
The hardness of the steel wire should not exceed 5% of the rated hardness. 4.8 The macrostructure of the steel wire
The steel wire should not have obvious defects such as partial price and quality. Under normal circumstances, when the steel wire shot has a hardness of more than HV309, its longitudinal section should be uniform and cold-formed, and the metallographic structure of the steel wire should be uniform and tensile. The metallographic structure of the steel wire shot should be uniform and tensile. The metallographic structure of the steel shot should not be less than 90% of the total amount inspected. 4.9 Others bZxz.net
The steel wire should not contain other impurities irrelevant to the use. If special regulations are provided, each "specification" of steel shot should not contain all steel shots of other specifications.
, Test method
5.1 Mixing rules
The steel wire used for each test should be 90% of the points together. The sample taken from a batch of steel wire shots should be in the dry rack, in the narrow gap of the living. The sampling method should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Bag 2
