Some standard content:
GB/T2461-1996 This standard is a revision of GB/T2461-81 "Determination of moisture content in pyrite and pyrite concentrate". This standard is not equivalent to the determination of moisture in FOCT444-75 (92) "Floatation of pyrite". During the revision of this standard, after in-depth investigation and research, and a large amount of data analysis and comparison, it was considered that it was unreasonable for the previous version of the standard to determine the moisture of pyrite and pyrite concentrate with two products of different particle sizes in the same method. This revision determines the moisture of pyrite and pyrite concentrate separately, and appropriately adjusts the particle size of the sample used for moisture determination. According to the moisture content of the particle size of the sample for moisture determination of pyrite and pyrite concentrate, the sample weight for moisture determination is adjusted respectively. The revised standard is more scientific and reasonable than the previous version. This standard replaces GB/T2461-81 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Mining Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The participating drafting units of this standard: Yunfu Pyrite Enterprise Group Corporation, Nanhua Company Research Institute, Datian Pyrite, Sichuan Chemical Group Corporation, Zhanhua Enterprise Group Corporation, etc. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Zhaowen, Gu Lihua. This standard was first issued in October 1981 and reviewed and confirmed in December 1988. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of moisture in pyrite and sulfur concentrate Pyrites and concentrate-Determination of moisture Gravimetric method This standard specifies the gravimetric method for determining moisture in pyrite and sulfur concentrate products. 2 Method Summary The sample is dried at 100-105℃, and the moisture is calculated based on the lost mass. 3 Instruments 3.1 Sugar porcelain plate: with cover. 3.2 Weighing bottle: flat, with ground mouth, diameter 70mm, height 35mm. 3.3 Drying oven: with automatic temperature controller. 3.4 Pan balance: weigh 1000g, sensitivity 1g. 4 Sample Pyrite is crushed to less than 10mm. 5 Analysis stepsWww.bzxZ.net 5.1 Pyrite GB/T2461-1996 Replaces GB/T2461-81 Weigh about 500g of pyrite sample (accurate to 1g), evenly spread it on a known mass of sugar porcelain plate (3.1), the thickness should be less than 20mm. Place it in the oven at 100~105℃ and dry it for 2h (gently stir it once with a glass rod after drying for 1h). Take out the sugar porcelain plate, cover it, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it. Repeat drying until the difference between the two weighings is no more than 1g. 5.2 Sulfur concentrate Weigh about 50g of sulfur concentrate sample (accurate to 0.01g), evenly spread it in a weighing bottle (3.2) that has been dried to a constant weight in advance, open the bottle cap, place it in an oven, and dry it at 100-105℃ for 2h. Take out the weighing bottle, cover it with the bottle cap, place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, and weigh it. Repeat drying until the difference between the two weighings is no more than 0.02g. 6 Expression of analysis results The moisture content (X) expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (1): X=m2/m2×100 Where: mi The mass of the sample and sample container before drying, g Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on October 25, 1996·(1) Implemented on May 1, 1997 7 Allowable difference GB/T.2461—1996 The mass of the sample and sample container after drying, g, the mass of the sample, g. The arithmetic mean of the parallel analysis results is taken as the final analysis result. The absolute difference of the parallel analysis results: the pyrite sample should not be greater than 0.40%, and the sulfur concentrate sample should not be greater than 0.80%.
