1 Scope

Raw Milk Separator Product Quality Classification
(Internal Use)
This standard specifies the quality classification indicators, test methods and inspection rules for raw milk separators. JB/T51065-1999
Replaces JB/T51065.1~510653-94
This standard applies to the quality classification of small disc centrifugal separators (hereinafter referred to as separators) that separate milk into milk fat and skim milk. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. 3 Quality classification of separators
Test methods for milk separators
3.1 Separators shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 3.2 Separators shall be divided into three grades: superior, first-class and qualified according to the technical level and quality level of the products. The classification indicators are shown in Table 1. 4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The equipment, instruments and tools used before the test shall be calibrated. 4.1.2 The test conditions shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7767.2. 4.2 Test methods
4.2.1 Acceptance of packaging and complete machine integrity
4.2.1.1 Check the firmness of the seal and packaging box. For sampling among users, the box can be directly unpacked for inspection; for sampling at the manufacturer, the car can be unpacked for inspection after running on a rural road for 1 hour. Check whether the parts are tight in the box. 4.2.1.2 Check whether the technical documents, random tools, spare parts and accessories are complete one by one according to the packing list. 4.2.1.3 Check according to the general assembly drawing of the components and the assembly drawing of the complete machine. No missing parts or wrong installation are allowed. 4.2.2 Weight of the complete machine
Weigh its net weight on the scale (the lubricating oil should be drained). The accuracy of the scale is 0.1kg4.2.3 Paint quality
The paint quality is checked in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673. 4.2.4 Safety device

Check whether the protective covers of the rotating parts are complete, whether the wires are heat-insulated, waterproof and insulated according to the product drawings and technical documents. 4.2.5 Operation stability
When the separation bowl speed reaches the rated speed, observe whether the rotation is flexible, and whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as collision and jamming. 4.2.6 Anti-rust inspection
If there are still rust spots after wiping the rust with a cloth, it is considered as rust. After determining the number of rust spots, measure the size of the spots with a steel ruler. 4.2.7 Surface quality of stamped parts
Inspect the milk basin, oil flow device, milk flow device, funnel, float, separator and separator cover to determine whether there are cracks, burrs, sharp edges, wrinkles and scratches and the degree of defects. 4.2.8 Milk basin leakage
Close the switch, place the measuring cylinder under the milk basin, add two-thirds of the volume of water into the milk basin, and calculate the total leakage within 5 minutes. 4.2.9 Separation bowl sealing
Tighten the separation bowl nut, fill it with water and place it on the test paper for 5 minutes to check whether it leaks. 4.2.10 Number of separators
Check the number of separators according to the product drawing requirements. 4.2.11 Mutual positioning measures for separation bowl parts According to product requirements, observe whether there are positioning measures and their reliability. 4.2.12 Separation plate edge gap
Remove the separation bowl cover, replace it with a special inspection tool, re-tighten the copper nut, and check with a thickness gauge. 4.2.13 Inspection of transmission box sealing, separation bowl cover, and separation bowl base cracks During the work, the static joint surface is not wet when touched, and the dynamic joint surface is visually leak-free. Observe the cracks of the separation bowl cover and base, and use non-destructive testing equipment for inspection when necessary.
4.2.14 The dynamic balance of the separation bowl, the fat content of skim milk, the volume ratio of milk fat to skim milk, noise, pure hourly productivity, kilowatt-hour output, amplitude, strength test, and comprehensive deviation of spring stiffness shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T7767.2. 4.2.15 Total working life, life at the first overhaul, 600h service reliability, and trouble-free operation time 4.2.151 The trouble-free operation time is the time when the first part is damaged. If the specified life of the wearing part is lower than the index, it should be replaced on time. If it is damaged again, it is also considered that the index has not been met.
4.2.152 On a special life test bench, the test should be carried out continuously at the rated speed of the separator with water as the test object. Before the test, measure the size of the worn parts of the wearing parts and make marks. After completing the reliability and life tests, retest them respectively. During the test, the time should be checked and recorded. For parts that are specified as wearing parts, the wear, scrapping and damage should be recorded during the test. After the test reaches 600h, the reliability is calculated according to formula (1).

4.2.15.3 During the test, the test water is replaced every 500h. (1)
4.2.154 During the test, the fat content of skim milk and the volume ratio of milk fat to skim milk shall be measured at the beginning, middle and end of the test. The results shall meet the requirements of JB/T7767.1. 4.2.155 Normal maintenance shall be carried out during the test. 5 Inspection rules
Defect classification
Any item that fails to meet the requirements of this standard is considered a defect. According to the degree of influence on product quality, it is divided into two categories: major defects and minor defects. Major defects are divided into two groups: A and B, and minor defects are divided into two groups: C and D. Defect classification and grouping are shown in Table 2. 5.2 Sampling plan
5.2.1 This standard uses a normal sampling plan as specified in GB/T2828, and specifies the use of special inspection level S-2. 5.2.2 Milk separators are divided into three grades: superior, first-class and qualified. Each grade is classified and grouped according to defects, and the AQL value and its corresponding qualified judgment number Ac and unqualified judgment number Re are given respectively. See Table 3. 5.2.3 Take N=16~25 units as an inspection batch, but the size of N is not limited when sampling among users. For 9N1000 and 9N500 models with small batches, N can be appropriately reduced.
5.2.4 Samples are randomly selected from the submitted inspection batch (products within the past six months) by surprise sampling. 5.3 Evaluation rules
5.3.1 During the inspection, conclusions should be drawn for each type and group of defects, and acceptance or rejection conclusions should be made according to the sampling judgment plan in Table 2. When the number of defects in the inspected group is less than or equal to Ac, the entire batch of products is finally judged to be accepted; when the number of defects in any one or more of the inspected groups is greater than or equal to Re, the entire batch of products is judged to be rejected. 5.3.2
