3.1 When using this standard, JB/T4171 should be referred to. 3.2 Before inspecting the machine tool, the installation level of the machine tool should be adjusted in accordance with 3.1 of JB/T4171-1999. The readings of the level in the longitudinal and transverse directions should not exceed 0.10/1000.
3.3 The order of precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, inspections can be carried out in any order.
3.4 ​​When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with 2.2.1.1 of JB/T4171-1999, with the minimum conversion value of 0.01mm.
