Report phone number: (010)685335331 Boiling water test method
Prepare a 1L beaker for each test piece (100mm×70mm), fill it with the third-grade water specified in GB/T6682 to a depth of about 80mm, and put 2 to 3 clean broken porcelain pieces in the beaker. Heat the bottom of the beaker to make the water boil, hang the test piece to a depth of about 60mm from the water surface, continue to boil for 2 hours, and then take it out for observation. The coating along the periphery of the test piece and the part within about 10mm from the water surface is not the object of observation and evaluation.
During the test, the water will evaporate, and boiling third-grade water can be added at any time to keep the water surface at a depth of about 80mm as much as possible. The water temperature should not be lower than 95℃ during the entire test process. 5

6.14.2 Pressure cooker test method
In a pressure cooker with an inner diameter of about 200mm, place 25mm deep grade 3 water specified in GB/T6682, place a 50mm long sample in the water, cover it and heat it until steam escapes from the cooker, cover the pressure valve, heat it for another 1h, cool the pressure cooker, take out the sample, and cool it to room temperature for inspection.
6.15 Appearance inspection method
Observe the coating surface with normal vision under natural scattered light conditions. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection and acceptance
7.1.1 The powder-sprayed profiles shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality complies with the provisions of this standard (or order contract), and fill in the quality certificate.
7.1.2 The purchaser may re-inspect the received products according to the provisions of this standard. If the re-test results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard (or order contract), they can be submitted to the supplier in written form and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. Objections to appearance quality and dimensional deviation shall be raised within one month from the date of receipt of the product, and objections to other performance shall be raised within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, the arbitration sampling shall be conducted by the demand side and the supply and demand parties jointly. 7.2 Batch
Powder-sprayed profiles shall be inspected in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same alloy, state, specification, color and coating type, with no limit on batch weight. 7.3 Inspection items
Each batch of powder-sprayed profiles shall be inspected for chemical composition, room temperature mechanical properties, dimensional deviation, appearance quality, coating thickness, gloss, color and color difference, indentation hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, and cupping test before leaving the factory. Other performances shall be inspected regularly (at least once a year) and generally not tested, but the supplier must ensure that the product can meet the corresponding quality requirements. If the user requires inspection and testing, it should be indicated in the contract. 7.4 Sampling
Product sampling shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
Inspection items
Chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional deviation, appearance quality, color and color difference of coating
Coating thickness
Gloss, indentation hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, cupping test, bending explosion resistance, chemical stability (resistance to hydrochloric acid, solvent resistance, mortar resistance), salt spray corrosion resistance, heat and humidity resistance, artificial accelerated weathering resistance, boiling water resistance
