Technical conditions for copper-bismuth-aluminum contact materials
This standard specifies the basic properties of copper-bismuth-aluminum contact materials (excluding electrical application properties). JB/T7097-93
This standard applies to steel-aluminum alloy ingot products manufactured by vacuum smelting method (hereinafter referred to as copper-aluminum alloy). This product is mainly used in vacuum circuit breakers of 10kV and below.

4.4 The basic shape of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy is bar or tube material. The skin is removed and the shrinkage pores are cut off by mechanical processing. The specific size and appearance requirements are determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
5 Test method
5.1 The chemical composition analysis of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy is carried out by sampling at the upper and lower parts of the ingot according to the "Chemical Analysis Method of Copper-bismuth-aluminum Alloy", and the impurity content analysis (except gas content) is carried out according to GB5121. 5.2 The gas content, density, hardness and conductivity of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy shall be determined in accordance with JB5351. 5.3 The macroscopic structure and appearance of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy shall be inspected with a flesh microscope or a magnifying glass (≤10 times). 5.4 The microscopic structure of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy shall be inspected with a metallographic microscope at 200 times. 6 Inspection rules
The quality inspection of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy shall be carried out in batches by the quality inspection department of the production unit. Products manufactured continuously with the same batch of raw materials and the same process are considered as a batch (when the number of products in the same batch is greater than 100 ingots, every 100 ingots shall be regarded as a batch). 6.2 Chemical composition (Bi, AI content) inspection is 100% for each batch. 6.3 Macroscopic structure, appearance quality and size inspection are 100% for each batch. 6.4 Gas content, density, hardness, conductivity and microstructure inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of GB2828, with the normal inspection sub-sampling plan and special inspection level S-3 for sampling, and the qualified quality level is 10, see Table 2. 6.5. The quality of copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy shall meet the requirements of Chapter 4 of this standard. If the products do not meet the requirements of Articles 4.1 and 4.3 of this standard, they shall be scrapped by batch, but the manufacturer shall be allowed to inspect them one by one and deliver the qualified ones. 6.6 When the raw materials, processes and equipment are changed, all basic properties shall be inspected and the purchaser shall be informed. 6.7 The user shall inspect the quality of the products received. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the user may submit a request to the manufacturer within two months from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Each copper-bismuth-aluminum alloy ingot shall be marked with the factory number. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a product certificate and a chemical composition analysis report. 7.2
The product certificate shall indicate:
Manufacturer name;
Product name, factory number, specifications, quantity, this standard number, date of publication
Inspector seal and inspection department seal.
Products shall be transported in wooden boxes.
The outside of the packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name;
Product name;
Gross weight and net weight:
Moisture-proof, handle with care, shock-proof mark.
7.6 The product should be transported and stored in a dry, non-corrosive atmosphere. Additional remarks:
