Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Ammonia Filters for Ammonia Refrigeration Devices 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T7658.15—95 Replaces B4346-86 JB 455--86 This standard specifies the terminology, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of ammonia filters for ammonia refrigeration devices (hereinafter referred to as filters). This standard applies to ammonia filters for ammonia refrigeration devices. 2 Reference standards GB197 Ordinary thread tolerances and fits (diameter 1~355mm) GB/T1804--General tolerances Unindicated tolerances for linear dimensions GB5330 Industrial metal wire woven square hole screen GB/T13306 Signs JB/T6917 Pressure vessels for refrigeration equipment 3 Terms 3.1 Ammonia filter In the ammonia refrigeration system, it is installed on the suction pipe of the ammonia compressor to filter rust, impurities, etc. in the ammonia to ensure the normal operation of the compressor. 4 Product classification 4.1 Type According to its structural type, the filter is a right-angle steel wire filter type. 4.2 Model 4.2.1 Model representation method The model of the filter consists of uppercase Chinese pinyin letters and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). The method of indicating the model is as follows: Retrofit number: indicated by numbers, the first design product omits the nominal diameter of the pipe: indicated by numbers, mm filter code 4.2.2 Model example QG80-1: indicates that the nominal diameter of the pipe is 80mm, the first retrofit filter. 4.3 Basic parameters The nominal diameter of the pipe of the filter shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1996 4.4 Design conditions Design pressure: 1.4MPa; b. Design temperature: 38℃. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 General requirements JB/T 7658.15—95 The filter shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. It can also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 5.2 Materials 5.2.1 The materials of the main pressure-bearing components of the filter shall have a material certificate. 5.2.2 The materials used for the filter shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.3 Filter mesh 5.3.1 The filter shall be equipped with a metal filter mesh that is not corroded by the refrigerant and has sufficient flow area. The filter mesh should have no less than 50 holes per 25.4mm. 5.3.2 The filter mesh of the filter shall comply with the provisions of GB5330. 5.4 Seamless steel pipes and steel plates The surface of the seamless steel pipes and steel plates used for the filter shall not have defects such as pitting, rust, and cracks. 5.5 Head The head of the filter should be made of a whole piece of steel plate by rolling. It should not be spliced. 5.6 Flange The flange surface of the filter should be perpendicular to the main axis of the pipe or cylinder, and its deviation should not exceed 1/100 of the flange outer diameter. 5.7 Thread The various thread precisions are manufactured according to the 6th grade precision specified in GB197. 5.8 Unnoted tolerance The unnoted tolerance of the linear dimensions of the cutting surface of the filter shall be in accordance with the tolerance grade m (medium grade) specified in GB/T1804, and the unnoted tolerance of the linear dimensions of the non-cutting surface shall be in accordance with the tolerance grade c (rough grade) specified in GB/T1804. 5.9 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirementsbzxz.net 5.9.1 The filter should be subjected to pressure resistance test. The hydraulic pressure resistance test pressure is 1.25 times the design pressure, and the gas pressure resistance test pressure is 1.15 times the design pressure. The pressure holding time is not less than 10 minutes, and there should be no leakage. 5.9.2 The airtightness test can be carried out only after the filter passes the hydraulic test. The test pressure is equal to the design pressure, and the pressure holding time is not less than 10 minutes. There should be no leakage. The filter that has been tested for air pressure and passed the inspection does not need to be tested for airtightness. 5.10 Appearance quality The filter should be beautiful and generous, the surface should be smooth and flat, the outer surface should be painted, the paint color should be harmonious and durable, and there should be no defects that affect the appearance. 5.11 Cleanliness The inside of the filter should be clean, and the impurity content in the part in contact with the refrigerant should not exceed 800mg/m2. 5.12 Flow direction mark The filter should be marked with a clear flow direction arrow. 5.13 Completeness JB/T 7658.15.-.95 The filter supplied as a set should also include a set assembly flange. 5.14 Warranty period If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, within 18 months from the date of manufacture and delivery, if the filter is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge. 6 Test methods 6.1 Pressure test and airtightness test The pressure and airtightness test methods of the filter shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 General requirements The filter shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 7.2 Inspection items Check the material report of the main pressure-bearing components; check the processing quality; pressure and airtightness test; check the contents of the label; check the completeness of the product according to the factory documents. 8 Marking, packaging and transportation 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Label The filter should be fixed with a label on a clear and flat position. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content marked on the label can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.1.2 Factory documents The factory documents of the filter can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.2 Packaging and transportation 8.2.1 Before packing, the taper pipe joint should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a screw plug. The flange should be tightened with bolts, and the sealing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a blind plate. 8.2.2 If the filter is supplied as a set with other ammonia refrigeration equipment, it can be packed and transported together with other equipment without separate packaging. If it is supplied separately, it should be properly wrapped.
