4.6 The shrink machine should run smoothly and reliably, and the automatic sealing and cutting length error should be less than 3%. 4.7 After shrinking, the film should be wrapped tightly on the packaged object, and the seal should be firm and without tearing. After the drop test, the packaged product should not have cracking of the seal. The packaging qualification rate shall not be less than 95%.
4.8 The noise of the shrink machine shall not be greater than 80dB(A). Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994
Implemented on October 1, 1995
JB/T7545-94
The shrinking machine should have a reliable grounding device and a sign should be fixed in a conspicuous position. The grounding resistance is less than 0.42.4.9
The insulation resistance between the casing and the power supply line should be greater than 2MQ, and the withstand voltage should be 2000V (50Hz). 4.10
The availability of the shrinking machine should be greater than 95%.
4.12 Appearance
4.12.1 The surface-treated parts shall not have rust, spots, delamination and polishing. 4.12.2 The welds of exposed welded parts shall be flat and shall not have obvious depressions and protrusions. 4.12.3 The paint film on the painted surface shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and shall not have obvious dirt, sagging, blistering and repair marks. 4.13 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use rules, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within one year from the date of delivery, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts). 5. Test method
Idle running test
Each product must undergo a 2h idle running test. During the test, the following items should be checked: the machine runs smoothly and the transmission is normal;
b. The working parts move in a coordinated and accurate manner, and the connecting parts are firmly installed without looseness or jamming; c. The electrical equipment is safe and reliable, the indicator lights display normally, the wiring is firm, and there is no desoldering, loosening, etc. 5.2 Temperature difference test
Set a temperature value within the temperature adjustment range of the machine, start the heating device, and heat it to the set value. On both sides of the same section of the drying channel conveyor track, fix a thermometer, and let the thermometer enter the middle of the drying channel. Check whether the temperature error meets the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.3 Temperature rise test
Use a stopwatch to measure the time required for the temperature in the drying tunnel to rise from room temperature to 200°C. This shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. 5.4 Thermal recovery test
Set the automatic temperature regulator at 160°C and after thermal equilibrium, reduce the temperature regulator indication to 145°C. After thermal equilibrium (forced cooling is allowed), start heating again. Use a stopwatch to measure the time required for the temperature to reach 160°C. This shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.5 Thermal stability test
Set the automatic temperature regulator at 160C. After heating equilibrium, use a measuring instrument with an accuracy level higher than that of the automatic temperature regulator. Fix it near the temperature measuring point in the drying tunnel and measure its temperature value ten times (read once every 1 minute). The temperature fluctuation range in the drying tunnel shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5.
5.6 Sealing and cutting length test
Ten bags are randomly selected from the thirty bags that are continuously sealed and cut. The length of the middle line is checked with a steel ruler. The length error △L is calculated according to formula (1), = Ll×100%
Where: Z is the average value of ten lengths:
L is any length value.
5.7 Packaging test
Take a smooth wooden block with a length, width and height that is approximately equal to 1/3 of the maximum packaging size allowed by the machine as a standard sample, and pack 100 bags on site to check the packaging quality. Ten bags are randomly selected, with the seal facing down, and are allowed to fall freely from a height of 1m to a smooth cement floor to check whether there is any cracking of the seal.
5.8 Noise measurement
5.8.1 The test instrument should be a Type 1 sound level meter specified in GB3785. 5.8.2 There should be no obstacles around the packaging machine, and the distance from the wall should not be less than 2m. 5.8.3 Microphone measurement point position: The microphone is 1.5m above the ground, the measurement distance between the microphone and the packaging machine is 1m, and 6 measurement points are selected along the periphery of the packaging machine.
JB/T 7545-~94
5.8.4 During the measurement, the background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the packaging machine stops running) should be measured first, and its position is the same as the measurement position of the packaging machine noise. The background noise should be at least 10dB lower than the noise when the packaging machine is running. If the difference is less than 3dB, the measurement result is invalid. When the difference is less than 10dB and greater than 3dB, the noise of each measurement point of the packaging machine is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1
Let-Ln
In the table: LpP1-noise when the packaging machine is running; Lp background noise;
△Lp\-correction value to be subtracted from Lpi. 4~5
5.8.5 After measuring the noise at the six measuring points of the packaging machine at the rated working speed, it shall be corrected according to Article 5.8.4. The maximum value is the packaging machine noise value, which shall comply with Article 4.8.
5.9 The grounding resistance measured by a precision bridge shall comply with Article 4.9. 5.10 The insulation resistance and withstand voltage strength tests shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 13.1 and 13.2 of GB5226. 5.11 Availability test
The shrinking machine working availability test can be carried out at the manufacturer or the user's factory. 5.11.1 After the shrinking machine is working normally, the sum of the working time and the downtime for maintenance must be greater than 250h, and the availability A value shall be calculated according to formula (2), which shall comply with Article 4.11.
Workable time
A=Workable time + maintenance time × 100% (2)
5.11.2 The availability index of the shrink machine can be determined by the test report approved by the statutory inspection department, or by the statutory inspection department based on the original data provided by the user. Both have the same effect. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each product must be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. 6.2 Factory inspectionbZxz.net
6.2.1 Before leaving the factory, the product shall be inspected in accordance with Articles 4.2 to 4.4, 4.6 and 4.12 of this standard. If any one of them fails, the product shall be deemed unqualified.
