This standard applies to polyethylene foaming packaging materials made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, adding physical foaming agents and other additives, and extruded. 2 Normative references The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Requirements Apparent density ≥20.0~<30.0 ≥30.0~<60.0 The product should not have cracks, stiff blocks and impurities, no pollution, no odor; no swelling and shrinkage; uniform color, no obvious color difference, uniform pore size; when bonding multiple layers, it should be bonded evenly and without cracking. 5.2 Average thickness deviation The average thickness deviation should meet the requirements of Table 2. Apparent density deviation Average deviation Apparent density deviation Unit: mm 5.4 Tensile properties, tear properties and compression properties BB/T0066—2017 5.4.1 Products with a thickness of less than 25 mm are tested for tensile strength; products with a thickness of 25 mm and above are tested for tear strength, compression strength and compression permanent deformation. 5.4.2 The requirements for tensile, tear and compression properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Oxygen index The oxygen index of flame retardant products should be ≥26%. 5.7 End-change characteristics and dynamic compression properties Tests should be carried out according to the product use and the requirements of the purchaser. 6 Test methods 6.1 Standard environment for sample conditioning and testing Compression strength Compression 25% Compression 50% ≥150 Compression permanent deformation Compression 50% Put the sample in an environment with a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 50%±5%, and the state conditioning time shall not be less than 24h. 6.2 Appearance Visual inspection under natural light. 6.3 Average thickness deviation 6.3.1 For Type I products, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8167. A rigid plate shall be placed on the upper surface of the test sample, so that the test sample is subjected to a compressive load of (0.20±0.02) kPa. After 30 seconds, the test shall be carried out under load with a gauge with a minimum graduation value of no more than 0.05 mm and an accuracy of 0.1 mm. 6.3.2 For Type II, III and IV products, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6342. When the thickness is less than 10 mm, a gauge with an accuracy of no less than 0.05 mm may be used. When the thickness is between 10 mm and 100 mm, a gauge with an accuracy of no less than 0.1 mm may be used. When the thickness is greater than 100 mm, a gauge with an accuracy of 0.5 mm may be used. 6.3.3 Calculation Take 1 sample and measure the thickness at 5 different points. The measuring points are evenly distributed. Each point is measured 3 times. The median of the 3 readings is taken. The average value is calculated using the 3 BB/T0066—2017 5 medians. 6.4 Apparent density deviation According to the provisions of GB/T6343. The volume of a single sample is at least 100cm: the number of samples is 5. The apparent density deviation value is the apparent density measured value minus the nominal value, and the average value of the 5 samples is calculated. 6.5 Tensile, tear and compression properties 6.5.1 Tensile strength According to the provisions of GB/T6344. The sample thickness is 10mm (for products with a thickness of less than 10mm, the actual thickness is used for testing; for products with a thickness of more than 10mm, the thickness is cut to 10mm for testing). The number of samples is 5 in each direction. The moving speed of the clamp of the tensile testing machine is (500 ± 50) mm/min. Calculate the average value of 5 specimens. 6.5.2 Tear strength Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10808. Specimen size: length (125 ± 25) mm, width (25 ± 1) mm, thickness (25 ± 1) mm. The number of specimens is 3 in each direction. The moving speed of the clamp is (50 ± 5) mm/min. Calculate the average value of 3 specimens. 6.5.3 Compression permanent deformation Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6669-2008 Method C. Specimen size: 50 mm × 50 mm × 25 mm. Specimen number 5. Compress the specimen by 50% of its thickness at the same temperature as the state conditioning; compression time (24 ± 0.2) h. Calculate the average value of 5 specimens. 6.5.4 Compression strength 6.5.4.1 Sample size: 50mm×50mm×25mm, or 100mm×100mm×25mm. 6.5.4.2 Number of samples: 5. 6.5.4.3 Pre-compress 190Pa±50Pa, measure and record thickness, compression speed 12.5mm/min, compress 25% and 50% respectively, record the force value when compressed 25% and 50%. 6.5.4.4 Calculation The calculation of compression strength is shown in formula (1): CD=F/AX10% Wherein: CD compression strength, unit kilopascal (kPa); F force value when the sample is compressed 25% and 50%, unit Newton (N); A-compressed area of the sample, unit square millimeter (mm). Calculate the average value of 5 samples. 6.6 Scorpion deformation performance (1) Perform in accordance with GB/T14745. Sample size: minimum size not less than 50mm×50mm×25mm, the number of samples not less than 5; test time is determined by negotiation as needed. 6.7 Dynamic compression performance Perform in accordance with GB/T8167. The test sample is a regular rectangular shape; the area of the upper and lower bases is at least 100mm×100mm, and the thickness is not less than 25mm. The number of samples in a group is not less than 5. 6.8 Surface resistivity It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1410. The shape of the sample is not limited. 6.9 Oxygen index BB/T0066-2017 It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2406.2-2009 Method A. Sample size: length 80mm, width (10±0.5)mm, thickness (10±0.5)mm, and the number of samples is 15. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The inspection of products is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are appearance, average thickness deviation, apparent density deviation and tensile strength. 7.3 Type inspection Type inspection is for all items specified in this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) At least once in normal continuous production for one year; when the production equipment, material and process conditions have changed significantly, which may affect the product performance; b) When the product has been suspended for more than 6 months and resumed production; c) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: e) When the quality supervision department makes a request. 7.4 Batch Products produced with the same raw materials, the same formula and the same process conditions are grouped as one batch according to the output per shift. The maximum batch shall not exceed 1500 pieces. 7.5 Sampling 7.5.1 Appearance and thickness According to the secondary normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828.1, the general inspection level IⅡ is adopted, and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) is 6.5. 7.5.2 Random sampling method is adopted for apparent density and tensile, tearing and compression properties. Three samples are randomly selected from each batch for inspection. 7.6 Judgment rules If there are unqualified items in the average deviation of appearance and thickness, the piece is judged to be unqualified. If one of the test results of apparent density and tensile, tearing and compression properties is unqualified, double the number of samples should be drawn from the original batch to re-inspect the unqualified items. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; otherwise, the batch is unqualified, the unqualified products should be eliminated, and the unqualified batch of products should be resubmitted for inspection. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking The packaging, storage and transportation marking shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T191. Each package is accompanied by a certificate of conformity, which should indicate the name of the manufactured product, specifications, factory name, address, production date or production batch number and inspector code, etc. 5 BB/T0066—2017 8.2 Packaging Pack a certain number of products into pieces and use outer packaging with rainproof or moisture-proof functions. 8.3 Transportation Rain, snow and exposure to the sun should be avoided during transportation. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tools that damage product quality should not be used. It is prohibited to throw and drop packages during loading and unloading. 8.4 Storage It should be stored in a clean, ventilated and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and rain. Keep away from fire sources and corrosive and toxic substances. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production; re-inspection is required after the expiration.
